Very professional treatment by everyone we encountered. Matt Powell replied on my online inquiry. When we arrived at the dealership and asked the sales crew for Matt, the called him and some stayed with and interacted with us until Matt arrived. The demonstration of the car and its features was thorough. Our test drive was informative. The negotiation was pleasant, even though we did not achieve the price we wanted to pay. Later that night I exchanged emails with Matt about the price. The next morning I emailed him agreeing to the price. Matt was off that day and arranged for another employee to assist us. The buying, trade-in, and financing process was completed in a pleasant manner, although it did take hours. I guess that is the normal process these days with all the paperwork. The car was delivered in clean condition, although we were disappointed it had less than half a tank of fuel. We are pleased customers and enjoyed our new-to-us car the next day on a trip to San Francisco and back. Joe & Margie Heugly

Car was in for a regular service
I came in for a regular service. I informed Keith that there was a "ticking" noise under the hood. They checked it out and found the problem and they took care of it. and because it was still under warranty there was not a charge, this always makes a customer happy!!! Thank you
