I drive all the way over from Meridian MS to buy my new cars and come back for service at Long-Lewis because I believe you are the best I have ever experienced as a nearly 68 yr old loyal Ford owner. The first car I ever bought was a Ford product (a station wagon) back in the early 70's and have bought nothing but Ford products since! Thank you for great vehicles and great service - sadly I can't say that about the local Ford dealer here in Meridian. Merry Chry!

Professional & Personable-Great Job Long-Lewis
Mr. Chris Farrington did an excellent job in serving us. He was patient, helpful, & very responsive even on his scheduled off day. He was professional, but also very personable throughout the entire process even when I was indecisive. I would definitely suggest Long-Lewis to friends & family not only for their great prices, but for the customer relationship. Thanks to Chris & the people of Long-Lewis, I am now driving a new 2015 F-150 XLT!

Very friendly staff
Staff was very helpful and friendly. However there isn't any clear indication of where to go for an oil change. I was expecting to drive into the service area and this was not the case. There was a very small parking lot and the door into which to enter was not clearly indicated.

Easy process.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!
I started my search on the internet, found their dealership, picked the unit I wanted. Simply called to let Wade know that I had a trade that I had some negative equity in it. He ran some numbers, it sounded perfect. So I bought it. The whole process was so easy, not like the traditional dealerships that keep you there for hours. The whole process probably took 45 minutes tops to finish. Thanks again guys and I am surely a Long-Lewis customer for life.

Easy to buy
Bought a new 2015 F150. Staff was very friendly and easy buying experience with listing price on the widow. Sales man was great and communicated the needed detail me. Would like to see a faster financing time. From the time the price is finalized to completion of paper work is to long.
