Love my MKT service took a little longer than expected but other than that a good experience. Lounge area neat and clean. Uncomfortable seating.

Key for recently purchased 2013 Edge
The parts manager, when I called to check on getting a new key, was very helpful; agreeing that he had the parts, explaining the need for the vehicle at the time the key is made, and providing a price. The service manager, when I arrived, made me comfortable, explained procedure, took all my information, we agreed on a time, and then he called when the car/key were ready.

ecoboost misfire
F150 with ecoboost misfire under heavy acceleration. TSBs and reburn was done. Pleasant and professional service reps made a good experience. Truck was clean upon return. Communication was excellent.
