Really decent service

Friendly service people, quality work,straight answers and knowing the dealership and Ford will take care of me if issues were to arise. Money well spent for this piece-of-mind.

Great Service

I enjoy the package they have that allows me to have my entire car serviced and not the just an oil change and it is also fairly affordable

Great service, and friendly.

I liked the quick lane. Some dealerships require an appointment, etc.. Very fast service and professionalism.

Ford discontinues parts too soon!

I know a lot of the guys at the dealership and have been a customer for years. I've always gotten good service and a good hot cup of coffee.

great service, everyone was friendly and inviting

i was looking for a new vehicle for about a month now and everywhere i went to either seemed like they wanted to charge a ton of money or just never came out in the lot to greet me, when i arrived at long lewis Karl Wiggs came out and greeted us, and made us feel like we werent going to be taken advantage of. everyone was nice and said hello/goodbye.
