Long-Lewis Ford of Hoover

Long Lewis has been in business for a long, long time. This was my third purchase from them. Each time I have had a great experience. they excel at customer service. Plus their pricing policy eliminates the hassel of determining what you will pay for the vehicle. Just a great company and their length of time doing business is because of their great reputation.

The folks at Long Lewis Hoover are exceptional. The sales department is friendly and knowledgeable and the service staff provides more than expected.

Rear window repair, service dept communicated with me quickly concerning the problem and price. Once I agreed to the repairs the service was completed in a timely manner. Check out is easy price is reasonable.

Overall experience was very good with the exception of purchasing tires. I tired to buy tired from Long Lewis Ford but their pricing was not competitive .

Brittany in Service/Body Shop helped me try to get a spare key to unlock my Ford truck. Unfortunately, Ford disposed of the dealer access to key numbers after vehicles are 10 years old. No thanks to Ford but many thanks to Brittany and team for trying to help in any way they could. Definitely will visit Long-Lewis again for my vehicle needs. Thanks again Brittany.

From placing my order in April 2106 to picking up the Lincoln Continental in October, the total experience was absolutely outstanding. The Long Lewis Sales manager, Gary Mason and salesman, Kevin Rima were just terrific. Mr. Burrell, the head of the family who owns the dealership, was even there at presentation of the car. Then, when it needed a small tweaking of the computer, the Concierge Service Manager brought a Lincoln for me to use and picked up my car. It was fixed in a few hours and I was on my way. I could go on and on but suffice it to say, I am completely satisfied with the 2107 Continental and Alabama's premier Ford Lincoln Dealer, Long Lewis.
