Don't go here or use a sales rep named Scott

Sales rep by the name of Scott called me several times. Even taking it as far as calling my place of employment and also my wife 3 different times. Stopped at our house on at least 2 different occasions. I can understand communication and calling to check on whether we are interested but that is boarderline harassment. I never gave him our address or even said it was ok to stop by my house. So that means he got my address off of my and my wife's ID. Will not go back nor recommend this place. Been buying Ford since my first vehicle.

Great service dept.

I dropped my car off and did not expect it to be done till 5, but they surprised me and had it done by 2. We had just gotten back early in the morning from a trip so it was really dirty but I planned on washing it after the oil change and tire rotation. Again, to my surprise, they had washed it for me also. I'm glad I bought my Ford Escape, great gas mileage on the trip and easy to handle in heavy traffic and I'm really happy with the Ford service department.

Jeep Grand Cherokee

Josh was great to work with. He took the time with us and answered all of our questions. He didn't run off to another customer that was there. If he had to excuse himself, he was very polite. Would definitely recommend going to him.

2nd New Ford Edge

Great dealer, employees (mechanics, managers, salesmen, office), fair pricing, great deals, helpful, worked hard in getting me the Edge and features I wanted. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Mason City Ford and will go back again when 'in the hunt'.

Purchased new tires for pickup.

Service is very good and personnel are very good to work with. Doors to service area are too narrow for trucks. Parking in service area is full of new car inventory.
