Oliver Ford

Words cannot describe our experience at Oliver Ford in Plymouth< Indiana! We decided to visit the dealership on Friday Feb 23rd as a start to our quest to find a new Ford Escape. We were approached immediately by Shane Orr outside the main building. Having experienced looking for a vehicle many times before, I was expecting the old push salesperson. ....instead we found Mr Orr to be the best experience with a salesperson we ever had.... I could go into detail with a long story addressing Mr Orr's knowledge of the product, knowledge of finance, knowledge of rebates, where every vehicle was, ...in fact I could go on, and on,and on!!!!! Not only did he show us all our options, he also was able to have us sold on a vehicle that was FANTASTIC in less than one and a half hours..That included doing his part of the paperwork...and all of this with no stress!!! I will definitely recommend this dealership, and of course Mr Shane Orr to ALL of my friends and family! Incidentally!!!! Mr John Oliver approached us to give his thanks for our being in his business..Something I have never experienced...less we also forget to mention the Finance man who was extremely helpful on getting us even a more sweater deal!!!!! Thanks to all of you for making Tracy and my visit so pleasurable!!!!!!!

I called Shane Orr after seeing a car online. I arranged a test drive, and he had the car ready to go when we arrived (we live about an hour away). We didn't end up purchasing that day for unforeseen reasons on our end of things, but he was understanding and did not try to pressure us into a deal we weren't entirely sure we wanted. He emailed me a few days later to keep them in mind, and when we were ready to purchase I called Shane to see if the car was still available. It was, and we got the process started online and over the phone, so when we arrived it was only signing paperwork (a very quick process compared to some of my other experiences). Shane took the time to go through all of the features (and skipped the ones we were familiar with) and insisted that we inspect the car prior to signing anything - just to be sure it was everything we remembered from a few weeks earlier. Best car buying experience we've had.

It has been a few years since I purchased a vehicle off of a car lot. The last time I did buy from a dealer it was Oliver Ford. I have purchased some higher mileage vehicles directly from the owner for my last few business vehicles. I needed something better this time. I was confident I could go back to the last place I purchased a dependable preowned truck and do the same. It was a really positive experience to reconnect with Shane Orr, who I have not seen since high school. It was also good to see the last sales person I bought from. She had been promoted from within to customer service. Dawn still remembered many details from my last purchase. While I’ve known the Oliver’s for many years, it’s always nice to have the owners shake my hand and thank me for making a purchase there. I appreciate the team at Oliver and look forward to many miles in my recent purchase!!

Eric Teall and the entire staff at Oliver were amazing for our recent vehicle purchase! They went above and beyond and treated us like family.
