“Best Experience I’ve Ever Had at a Car Dealership –

“Best Experience I’ve Ever Had at a Car Dealership – Highly Recommend!” I recently bought a vehicle from Paul Miller Ford in Lexington, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Wan, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. Owen, the manager, was just as impressive—professional, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Both Wan and Owen went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. The entire dealership is well-run, welcoming, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. From start to finish, everything was efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend Paul Miller Ford to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and sending friends and family their way!

27,000 for a 2016 srt challenger that's been wrecked with 90,000mi on it.. wow! If I could give 0 stars I would. Their blue book and car pricing is a joke. If yall keep buying high priced junk from these dealers then you deserve to be screwed.

I have bought several new cars from this dealer over the

I have bought several new cars from this dealer over the years. Was going to trade a 2024 mustang in on a new 2025 Mustang but the guy doing the numbers try to low ball me. Their website uses KBB for trade in value and even says KBB is good but up to $2500 over KBB for some trades. Numbers guy was $2800 under KBB and didn`t even know about what was on their website pertaining to up to $2500 over KBB. So beware of advertisements from this dealer and read all the bad reviews about this dealer. But Charles Davis is the best salesman there. He cannot help what management does.

Don’t trust online prices BEWARE OF PAUL MILLER FORD!

Don’t trust online prices BEWARE OF PAUL MILLER FORD!!!!! They are totally lying through their teeth! Have ran body shop for over 30 years built and sold rebuilds and always showed info on vehicle before and after being wrecked! Had warranty company stood behind us! Never had an unhappy customer! Was taught customer always right rule! There is not one price they run online that is true! We contacted them before we went and lady was ok with telling us the prices were after incentives which no one would qualify for all if any! Go elsewhere! Both my daughters ended up going to Tennessee to get an honest deal! Me and wife both have over 800 credit scores and could actually pay cash which they don’t want! Seems Paul Miller has the worst reputation totally opposite of who they are supposed to be!

Worst experience at a dealership I’ve ever had by far!

Worst experience at a dealership I’ve ever had by far! Completely wasted 5 hours of our day by advising huge discounts that they don’t actually offer. Don’t believe the “current price” on their website. They advertised $11,237 in savings with no disclaimer about that being if you qualify for every single rebate that ford offers, which would be impossible to achieve. The only reason we went there was because we of the huge discounts. Immediately upon sitting down with the sales guy Trey, he offended me by saying my Lexus (which we didn’t even drive there) was not really a luxury car and doesn’t compare to Mercedes. He said Lexus doesn’t hold its value. I told him it’s a luxury Toyota and he said Toyota doesn’t hold their value like a ford does. I asked him to show me and he couldn’t. It continued to go downhill from there. We told him we didn’t want to look at vehicles unless we could get what we wanted on a trade for my husband’s ford raptor. My husband has had several F150’s over the last 13 years. We had to drive past the Mazda dealership and go down to the used car dealership to have an appraiser look at it and then drive back to the ford dealership to find out what they offered. It took forever. We somewhat came to an agreement on a trade in value but he kept wanting us to sign agreeing we had a deal if we were happy with the trade number. I told him we werent signing anything without finding a truck we wanted on the lot first. He pulled an f150 up for us to look at because it was raining and you can’t really drive around their lot and look at vehicles because they have the side blocked off. The truck was an xlt and didn’t have LED headlights or 4A on the 4x4. Those were 2 main things my husband wanted. He said “you can always add the 4 auto later”. I’m not sure if that’s possible but the guy just kept saying stuff he wasn’t sure about. The truck we were looking at had a msrp of 63k. I didn’t want to spend that much on a truck that wasn’t what he really wanted. My husband said the lariet has the features he was looking for and I asked trey what those cost and he said probably 65k. I said “well let’s go look at those then”. We go back in the dealership and trey continues with the misinformation. He pulled up a lariet that was 76k. I asked about rebates or discounts on it like the other one had (both 2024 models). He told us we only qualify for 2k in rebates on the lariet. I asked again about the xlt and he told us 11k and some change. I asked why such a big difference since it was the same year and he started looking at the rebates on the xlt and he said we only qualify for 2k in rebates on it. By this time I’m super annoyed because he continued to give us wrong information. He said he was going to go ask about the rebates and after 30 minutes of waiting we decide we are ready to leave. We walked up to where the managers were that we thought he was talking to and some Charles (turns out to only be a sales guy) comes out to talk to us and assumed we were talking about AWD and said he’s done this for 15 years and never seen a ford with 4A. I told him my husbands current truck that they already looked at has it. They go back and talk to the managers and my husband pulls up a pic of one on their lot that has 4A. I take it back to the managers where these clowns are and show them and Charles completely lied and said he never told us they don’t have 4A and trey pipes in and says it’s on the higher end models and copped an attitude and says “you didn’t want to spend that much” and acts like we are peasants. I was infuriated by this point. I told him we were leaving. No manager that watched this unfold even attempted to stop us and apologize for their incompetent sales people. Based on the reviews, management and owners know there are problems and have done nothing to address it. These people are crooks and falsely advertise prices they don’t actually offer and clearly don’t train their sales staff to know what they are selling.

I don't know that there truly is an "honest" car

I don't know that there truly is an "honest" car dealership anywhere, but Paul Miller is certainly one of the most dishonest you'll find. I had a printed offer on a vehicle. It was less than an hour before closing so I communicated my plan to come back the next morning to finalize the deal. I was then told the next day that THEIR offer couldn't be honored. They then proceeded to try and sell me a more expensive vehicle. They are also inaccurate with their listings. They hide mileage on "new" vehicles, list specs that aren't there, and use stock photos. Just an exhausting waste of time.

My interaction started off with messy customer

My interaction started off with messy customer service, but people were friendly. I was passed through several sales reps and the office was not prepared for an appointment I had standing for a week. I came to a good price on a vehicle ($41,500 for a 2500 mile “new” ‘24 outer banks bronco- current market MSRP ~46k, as it is last years model and priced to clear inventory), and was going to sign the next day until the sales manager Scott sent a manipulative text, attempting the tactic of pretending to talk to competing dealers (who told me they know Scott and would not speak with him). Then tried to raise the price of this objectively worse model back to market MSRP. I will say I expected to pay a little more than this offer because it hadn’t been fully cleared. I feel 42-43 would have been reasonable for a model unsold in 2 regions since April ‘24 (it is February 25) with 2500 miles, listed at ~47k like comparable vehicles that are spotless with no miles. The next day I attempted to go into the store to talk in person, Scott refused to speak with me, and then they lied about selling the vehicle (which had been there nearly a year with out buyer interest) in an attempt to reposition the discussion away from the deal they offered, and get me to buy a more expensive model (or likely to get me to leave entirely). I knew there was no way it sold, but I entertained it because if they offered a good deal on one with no miles I’d pay more for that, logically. Then I saw the rep laughing with Scott (sales manager) in the back that their plan was working, before showing me absolutely wild overpriced offers for other models (above current value). It was clear they didn’t like that I was able to negotiate a good, but reasonable, price on the model with some miles and no customer interest, and they did not want my business. I could tell they felt very proud of themselves for these tactics. I left and will never go back, and I will make sure to let everyone know my experience here. I wanted to do business here because my initial perception was they were trustworthy, and I loved Paul Miller Mazda. I promise you, the sales manager Scott, specifically, is a liar and will use standard dishonest techniques to get you to pay more. Owen, the customer experience manager, is very kind and reasonable. The rep AB was doing his best, but took negotiations very personally and it clearly flustered him to even discuss negotiation. He seemed to be happy with the way this worked out. Update several days after posting this review: the original vehicle is still on their lot (now actually marked as a courtesy vehicle, which it wasn’t originally).

Paul Miller Ford breached contract on an accepted offer

Paul Miller Ford breached contract on an accepted offer in writing, after I drove 2 hours to purchase. Made an accepted offer for a new F150 for approximately $55k. Confirmed the offer in writing TWICE with salesperson to ensure the out the door price. Once I had received written confirmation of the total cost, I accepted the offer. Obtained childcare for my children, paid gas/food/travel expenses, turned down other outstanding offers from other dealers on comparable new trucks to buy this truck from Paul Miller. Even called them on my way to give my info to get the paperwork started and triple confirmed my total price out the door. Got to the dealership, was told that truck now “wasn’t even on this lot, our GM uses it as a courtesy car to travel back and forth.” This was not initially disclosed but they agreed to go get the truck for us; (which I find out later had over 2000 miles which was not advertised). While waiting, I was presented a different offer sheet showing an increase in the total price now over $60k! When inquiring of the discrepancy, the manager told me his salesman was “mistaken, he misunderstood our offer and I can’t sell this truck for $55k.” I explained that was not my problem and I had agreed to their offer of $55k out the door. The manager said “I’ll have a talk with my salesman, but he doesn’t have the authority to make that offer” even though I explained this salesman represents the manager and the company. I presented the text proof of their offer that I agreed to and the manager refused to honor THEIR offer! I explained that this is an illegal business practice and that once an offer is accepted, they cannot revoke that offer as this constitutes breach of contract. I was told to “have a good day.” BUYER BEWARE of this dealer. Bait and switch tactics
