Ray Haskell's

I said I wanted to wait to purchase. As I needed a hitch. I was told the hitch would be on by Thursday. It was not done Thursday, Istill don't have my new car as I am writing this and it is Sunday. They called on Friday and said it would not be done until Monday even though they work on Saturday. I told them it needs an alignment which the manager said he would . The financial person did not put on work order and I caught it. He said yeah I will make sure it gets done just sign this. I said no you put it on the paper and I will sign it. He asked manager to be sure that was agreed upon as it was and he put on paper and I signed. I will tell you what, my car best be done tomorrow with aligent. When I called about a quote the person I spoke with said they would put the hitch in the deal but when I came to sign papers the manager said no we can not do that. I should not have purchased then, a red flag should have gone up. The Manager was pushing this deal, red flag again. Will not buy again. My gut tells me there is more wrong with this car.

Update on my review of ray haskell waterville me

I called on friday and talked with JB. I td him how the general manager had not called me back yet. I told him how disappointed I am and that I am willing to go in halves on the mirror. JB called me back Saturday and it is being taken care of. I am only paying half. Thank you JB

2020 Explorer Purchase

I had a pleasant experience for most of a Friday purchasing this vehicle. The sales consultant was very patient with me and spent a sufficient amount of time answering my questions and explaining the many technological features. We went for a drive where he explained even more about the operation of the vehicle. If I had questions the sales consultant couldn't answer, he found someone in the dealership who could.

Even when they got the wrong part for the repair they kept me informed of what was happening and worked with me when I has a time crunch to get the car back.

Not up to par

They got me in on short notice. That was great customer service. However, knowing that the temps were going to hover near zero they filled my washer fluid with summer fluid. I drove 1200 miles over 4 days with my washer fluid frozen solid. By late Nov. they should have known to start using cold weather washer fluid. This made my trip very tedious.
