Buyers beware of Ford Warranties!

I took our 2014 Ford Mustang which we purchased used with a Ford Warranty, in for a broken clutch on May 10, 2021. The repaired the clutch under the warranty for a small fee. Four months later the clutch went out again, after sitting at the dealership for 4 months, they said the clutch would not be covered under the warranty. Not Surprised!

Shady

I called to see if a mustang was still available, and was greeted by a con artist. Be careful dealing with these folks, they will lie about everything just to get better commission.

Right out the Gate.....

You know its a bad place when the salesman tells you right out the gate "you're not going to get what you think your going to get for your trade-in......... Real class act this place....... shop somewhere else.

Worst service

Took forever to get a salesman even longer for the process of trying to purchase a used Navi’s finally just left tired of waiting never got a call back either

Rogers Ford you get personalized service

Excellent place, no haggling, they absolutely take care of you. I enjoyed my shopping experience buying Ford F-150 and then 2019 Ford Expedition. For Ford or Lincoln I would highly recommend this place.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with.

Getting your Ford serviced here is a waste of time. Leave your vehicle with them and they MIGHT get to it in a month or two.

Worst service department in this park of the state

This is the worst service department in this part of the state. I purchased a new F150 and as I always do I like to keep the servicing of my vehicles with the dealership where it is purchased. I scheduled an oil change online but when I showed up at my appointment time I was told "we don't take appointments ". We may get to you in about 2 hours "maybe". When you get repairs done there, you better check their work. Most of the time they don't do what they said they did. Go get your service at Sewell Ford.

No appointments for service repair

I called for to schedule services for a factory recall for my company vehicle. I was told there are no appointments and I would just have to drop it off. I was then told that the wait is 4 to 5 days. So why on Earth would I drop off a vehicle if it will just sit there for 4 days? I was encouraged to call a dealer in another city, when I asked why I could not schedule an appointment. Our company has purchased numerous automobiles from this dealership and will most likely end that practice. Maybe we can from an another dealer in another city, as I was referred to. Very poor customer service and very poor management.

Bad Service!

Took my truck in for repairs. After having it a month and them not able to reproduce problem I went for the truck. Truck was covered in mud on the outside and inside was dirty like a alot of people was riding in it. Door paint was chipped from door being banged against something. Truck was on empty when I took it truck was full.400 miles to a tank.

Great experience

We recently bought a 2016 Siena van from Rogers. Honestly, I was dreading shopping for a used car because of the usual high pressure techniques that many dealerships use. I have to say Rogers is the best experience I have ever in my 45 years of car buying. Mark Carrillo took very good care of us. I can’t say enough good about my experience with this dealership.
