Excellent Customer Service

The kind staff make buying a vehicle easy. All are very helpful and knowledgeable. Ben was wonderful, walking us through the process and teaching us all about our new vehicle. Janice made sure we were set up with the right accessories and “extras”.

Honest, down to earth!

I saw a 2015 Cadillac CTS on line and drove to Danville from Lexington on a Saturday to test drive. The salesman, Matt, made this a very enjoyable experience. I ended up purchasing the car. I also bought an extended warranty. Four days later the check engine light came on. I called Matt and he told me to go ahead and take it to the local Cadillac dealer and assured me that Stuart Powell had my back. The local dealer came back with a $4k repair and was dealing with the warranty company to get them to cover it. After two weeks with nothing being done, I informed Matt what was going on. The next day Brian frm the service department called and asked for permission to come get the car from the local dealer and they would repair it. I gave my permission and they came and got the car. They even paid the $150 diagnostic fee the local dealer charged. Stuart Powell repaired the problem and brought the car all the way back to Lexington for me. It has run great ever since. I recommend Stuart Powell highly! They did me right even though they legally did not have to since I bought the car as is. I am glad I bought the warranty and they worked with the warranty company to get it resolved. After telling a buddy about it who is looking for a new vehicle he said he was going to have to go check Stuart Powell out. Thanks to everyone at Stuart Powell. Everyone I have talked to are down to earth and care.

Easy and Efficient

We had a great experience working with John Mesplay. They make it very easy to do business here. The finance guy has 40 years experience so he’s extremely efficient. I highly recommend this dealership.

AWESOME DEALERSHIP and WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

My husband and I was treated excellently from John M.from the beginning when he came out on the lot to ask if he could assist us all the way to the end when we drove away in our new Explorer. We had an excellent experience with everyone we dealt with at Stuart Powell. They made you feel like a valued customer. And everyone took time to listen and answer all our questions..

Great Dealership!

The team at Stuart Powell was great to work with. We were out of state buyers and they could not have made the process any easier. We worked directly with Ben Johnson and he was a great communicator and handled all the details. I would love to work with them again in the future.

The Best Car Buying Experience We've Ever Had!
