Very poor customer service

Took a vehicle to get repaired their had to have it towed. Next day I called to see if they had a chance to look at and was told no I replied how about tomorrow and was told I dont know I asked next week then was told I dont know again so had to have it towed to another shop it was fixed the next day!!

We hate that we weren't able to get your vehicle in to diagnose your problem and keep you satisfied. When you called in the first time we informed you that we were completely booked and wouldn't be able to get it in to work on until the following week. We did tell you that you were more than welcome to drop it off anytime in case we had a cancellation. Unfortunately, that cancellation never happened. Again, we hate you are unhappy but we don't feel it's accurate to be so dissatisfied when we told you up front it would be several days before we could diagnose your issue.
