Got to the dealership and was met at the door. Everyone we were associated with was very friendly, helpful and professional. We don't usually buy a vehicle our 1st visit but did at Beatrice Ford/Lincoln.

I can tell that the friendliness and helpful attitudes found at Beatrice Ford are genuine, it truly is rare to find such willingness to help customers in this day and age.

From start to finish - everyone was very helpful, willing to answer questions, took the time to work with us and never made us feel "pushed" into a decision. They knew what we wanted, could afford and found it in just a short amount of time.The new technology included with our Ford Escape Titanium was explained to us in a way we could understand and we could/can call them 24-7 if we have any problems or questions. We will definitely recommend anyone to Beatrice Ford and look forward to doing business with them again. Their policy for servicing vehicles of picking up our car and bringing it back to us is a definite plus-they even will give us a loaner car if needed. I needed a good used car right now. What sold me on this car/dealership over the others was the presentation of the sale and the amount of effort in making the used car ready for sale. Clean car, clean windows, clean interior, new tires, new wipers, and Brett explaining all the service offered by the dealership helped close the sale. I was very pleased with everything during the process and look forward to future business with this dealership. And yes I will recommend to others.
