Did not put parts back on my car leaving it damaged and

Did not put parts back on my car leaving it damaged and will not make right. Shady and unprofessional to say the least. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I am dealing with Corp. Genesis now over this matter. Go to the New HUGE Genesis in Milford Connecticut instead.

Never go back again, they picked up my car for service,

Never go back again, they picked up my car for service, returned it with a crack in windshield and refused to repair it. Said it was not their responsibility. Also, I mark my tires before the service they never rotated them and returned the car with greasy hand marks on hood and tailgate and steering wheel. They quoted me 286 for my 15000-mile service and tried to charge me 328.00. Had a hitch installed quoted between 450 and 500 (I supplied the hitch) charged me 550.

Knowledgeable and Aggressive Pricing!

Purchased a new 2024 GV80 Prestige and the customer service was excellent! I shopped at other local Genesis dealerships and the staff here at this dealership went above and beyond during the whole process. Highly recommend!
