My experience purchasing my 2026 Genesis GV80 Coupe from Genesis of Aurora was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Kurt, the Sales General Manager, sets the tone for excellence, Sam, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, and Deb in finance made everything clear and stress-free. I truly felt taken care of at every step. They gave me a fair and respectful trade-in value for my high-mileage 2021 BMW X5, which I greatly appreciated. What really set them apart, though, was allowing me to take my new GV80 Coupe home for the evening. Their words stuck with me: “We’re not doing our job if you aren’t happy with your new car.” That level of confidence and customer-first mentality is rare. Well—they absolutely did their job. I love my new car, and Genesis of Aurora has earned a customer for life. If you’re considering a Genesis, this is the dealership to visit. Highly, highly recommend.
