Bought a 2024 G80 last week with great pleasure. From the negotiation to delivery the communication was fantastic. One person contacted me about the delivery date and someone else following up after with eagerness to go above and beyond. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this is the first dealership I would be happy to return too.

Purchased a 2024 GV80 with software issues. AFTER many attempts by dealership and Corporate no one could rectify the problem. do yourself a favor stay away from dealership and Genesis. Beautiful car loaded with problems. traded in with 1305 miles for a reliable AUDI🤩

They are quick to talk you into buying a car but customer
They are quick to talk you into buying a car but customer service sucks, I bought a 2021 Genesis GV80 which is a very good car but like I said customer service isn’t number 1 with them

Do Not buy a Genesis car I purchased a gv80 on December 2022 already navigation not working , to make appointment almost impossibly , terrible customer service , if you don't want problem do not deal with them .

I visited several Genesis dealerships, and while my experience have all be at minimum professional, it was the overwhelming personal touch I felt with my sales rep (Derek) that sealed the deal for me. We agreed that we would be open and direct to eliminate the haggling that goes on. He serviced my every need and made me feel appreciated as a customer. My overall experience with every person I had direct contact with (Emanuel the Tech person, to Nick the Finance person) made this experience simple and mutually beneficial for me as the customer and Genesis of Brooklyn as the sales team. I am very please with my purchase!

Picked up my new G70 today from Brooklyn Genesis.
Picked up my new G70 today from Brooklyn Genesis. Never had a more pleasant ex perience. Butch the salesman explained all the rebaits I was entitled to and worked out a very fair deal. Emanual explained all the features of the car, there are many, but he was very patient and knowlegeable. All in all a very pleasant experience,

salesman patrick was amazing. Scott the general manager on the other hand doesnt know how to return a phone call or pick up the phone when they messed up my plates. I bought a new genius v—70 and was so excited until I got my plates. They somehow put my new plates on my old car and my new plates on my new car and they dont see a problem with that. I want my new car to have the new plates and my old car should have been left alone. I have tried to contact someone at the dealership and it doesnt seem like anyone works there, the phone rings and i get sent to voicemail. I would like this problem fixed or I would like my DMV fee wavied and a check sent to me for their mistake. Someone needs to take responsibility for this problem and fix it and stop ignoring me this is not how business is done and people wonder why car dealerships get a bad name.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Extremely reasonable, knowledgeable, courteous and professional staff from reception, to sales, to finance, to delivery coordinator. At 57 years of age, after numerous leases and new car purchases, this was by far the best new car purchase experience I've ever had. I highly recommended Genesis of Brooklyn.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Extremely reasonable, knowledgeable, courteous and professional staff from reception, to sales, to finance, to delivery coordinator. Do Not buy a Genesis car I purchased a gv60 on 1/12/23.
Do Not buy a Genesis car I purchased a gv60 on 1/12/23. The car worked perfectly until 1/25/23. It was at this point when I noticed the car was not charging in my home. Genesis of Brooklyn then replaced my car with a loaner car. My 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-e, and replacement Genesis gv60, charged flawlessly with no problems whatsoever. On 2/16/23, there was finally a technical assessment of my car which showed that the car was overheating during charging. Both Genesis of Brooklyn, and Genesis Corporate, placed the blame solely on my home charger and took no responsibility. Since I found this car unusable, I was forced to make a decision to SELL them back their unusable car. They informed me that this a “used car”, and will be valued as such. On 2/20/23 I sold the one month old car back for a HUGE financial loss. Twenty eight days later I was contacted by Genesis financial, and was told that my account was past due. It then took several days, and many phone calls, to find that Genesis of Brooklyn never processed the paperwork for the buy back. Genesis is unfair, unprofessional, irresponsible, and greedy. Please take my misfortune and stay away from this dealership and brand.
