Raj came through with the perfect GV 60 for us! It’s everything we wanted…a low mileage, immaculate ‘23. He contacted my husband immediately and said to give him a chance on locating a car for us. And he came through! The buying experience went smoothly and without any hiccups. Raj delivered our car to our front door. It was spotless and looked brand new. Actually had a really nice experience at this Genesis. We started looking at the Genesis in Norman, but they kept lying to us, which only makes me angry. So we came up to this one and had a much better experience. We were helped by a very friendly and helpful salesman named Rajip, and ended up buying a 2025 G-80, which we love.

They found the G80 we wanted at another dealer, but this wasn’t the car they delivered to our house. The car delivered had a two tone interior that was a deal breaker. Since no one was available on Sunday, we took delivery thinking this would be cleared up on Monday. I left messages for the next week with Salesman, two Sales Manager and the owner. I still have received no despite to our issue speaking directly with Sales Manager, and leaving messages for the with Secretary to owner. I will never buy another car from Genesis of Edmond, and I would recommend new customers shop elsewhere.

Car shopping can be a stressful experience, as no one likes to have buyers remorse when making a large purchase like a new vehicle. For me this is a big deal, so I wanted to make sure I did my research and found the car that I really wanted. It was a multi week process, I test drove 5 different vehicles, before I walked into Genesis of Edmond. What a great experience at Genesis of Edmond! As you walk in to the facility it feels low stress but nuanced with nice touches., like casual seating areas with comfortable chairs. A great coffee area that is easy to access with really good coffee. But more importantly the people did a great job. My sales person Rajip was perfect, low pressure, and very knowledgeable of the car and thoughtful. Jeff the manager was easy to deal with, and quick to work on finding the right price for me, both on my trade-in and the vehicle I really wanted. And Austin on the finance team was quick, but detailed in going through the numbers. And of course the car!! What a great car! It's my first Genesis, I purchased the GV80 model, and it could very well be the best car I've ever owned, it's so nice to drive, it looks great, and it feels great. My favorite touch is the Ergo-Posture seat, it automatically shapes around you and guides you into a comfortable driving posture, you have to experience it to see what I mean, but its awesome! This is a long review, because the team at Genesis of Edmond made it worth the time to share my opinion, and the car speaks for itself. And with a great warranty on the car should I ever need it, I'm looking forward to working with Rajip and the team at Genesis whenever if anything comes up. Really appreciate all that they did!
