I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot with low mileage from

I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot with low mileage from Genesis at Lake Park this month in December of 2024. Fortunately for me, the sales rep assigned to my purchase was Mr. Randy Simmons. It was a long distance sale over the internet but, once Randy had the assignment all of my doubts and questions went away and I immediately planned my trip to Lake Park from Birmingham, AL. Once I met Randy he treated me more as a friend than a customer. The test drive, transaction and return of my rental car were completed within few hours and there was never any need for negotiations. His word over the internet was as good as gold. Obviously, I highly recommend Genesis At Lake Park as the dealership and Randy Simmons as the sales rep. I also wish to thank the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager for their help as well.

Awful service from purchase to maintainable on their genisis brand. Incompetent, untruthful, difficult to communicate with. Genisis should take their dealership away from them as they are severely harming their image!

Worst experience ever in dealing with this company.

Worst experience ever in dealing with this company. I thought I purchased a new Genesis after agreeing to the terms with the sales representative. When it was time to sign the closing paperwork the deal agreed upon changed .i was lied to and walked out. They wanted more than I agreed to and finally came down to the figure but with less miles. Out right con job in my opinion. Nice try but no thank yoy.

The best thing about this dealership is super salesperson

The best thing about this dealership is super salesperson Jim Consolino. Several years ago when looking for a new vehicle to replace my MB 550 SL with an Suv, I had the good fortune to find Jim. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough he led me through the purchase process of a new Genesis GV70. What a great car, I had previously owned a Porsche Macan and now after 2 years with the genesis I wouldn't trade it for a Porsche costing twenty thousand dollars more. even up. Even after my initial purchase when I couldn't figure out how to use some advanced features he graciously took his time to spend an hour with me getting me up to speed. What a guy! When it came time this past year fulfill my desire for a small pickup naturally I turned once again to Jim. He fixed me up with a Santa Cruz (Hyundai) and what a dreamachine that is. A pickup with sport car handling and speed to boot. More recently when I needed some personal help speeding up service for my Genesis, Jim was johnny on the spot. Having said all that I should mention in both purchases Jim was fair and got me the best deal I could have expected. Keep up the good work. For me You are the car man. Elliot

I have purchased three car from Lake Park Genesis over the past years I've delt with the same salesmen for those past years Jim Consolino. If you want to deal with someone honest and upfront Jim is your man. I went back to Jim every time I purchased a car. That alone shows what type of person he is. Honest AND NO PRESSURE.
