MOST DISSATISFIED.

MOST DISSATISFIED. In a nutshell, the response I received from Jerry Williams about the issue regarding the perturbing engine sound/noise, was "this is normal, your car's engine is 50K miles, thus the solution is buy a new Genesis". I take this as not customer centric response and attitude, I am certain that is not what the Genesis plate represents and certainly not aligned with the car brand with the widely recognized as the best mechanical warranty in the business.

Glad they took the time to actually find out what was

World Class Dealership!

World Class Dealership! Sina was our sales person and was exceptional, his brother Max is the sales manager and also stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. They gave us a great deal on a GV80 Coupe and we flew from Oklahoma City to San Antonio where Sina picked us up from the airport. Ken was our finance guy and was wonderful. If you think you've seen a classy dealership before, I promise you Genesis of NW San Antonio will top it. Nothing but consumate professionals throughout their gorgeous facility and everybody was so friendly and nice. It was my first time servicing the car.

It was my first time servicing the car. Gayle was terrific. Very good at explaining all the ins and out and coordinating follow up appointments. Our valet Nate was lovely as well. I was ushered to and from the dealership very conveniently! Quite grateful to the team.

I did a lot of research before buying a new car and the moment I stepped into Genesis of NW San Antonio, I knew I was in the right place. No need to go anywhere else. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They made me a great deal on a beautiful G90! I couldn't be happier.
