Made my appointment through the recall website.

Made my appointment through the recall website. Easy to schedule, but the confirmation screen thinks I have a GV-80 instead of a GV-70. (So does Sirius) I was met promptly and shown to the comfortable waiting room with snacks and water. No TV blaring in the waiting room, and before the promised time, my car was ready, including a courtesy wash and vac. Well done!

Service department was great.

Service department was great. Pleasant experience. the surroundings were very nice. Cheers for quite comfortable. The staff was courteous. The service group was performed with alacrity.

Sales person (Yakila) is very good in taking care of

Sales person (Yakila) is very good in taking care of customer. But his supervisor may not be interested in closing the deal as she didn't want to negotiate. I am still looking to buy the car.

My wife purchased a car from this dealership today.

My wife purchased a car from this dealership today. 1. They did not help her with setting up basic Bluetooth connection. 2.They did not affix temporary lince plate on rear of car or front of car. 3. Only half tank of gas rather listed ad for full tank of gas. Took nearly six hours to complete the sale of a $45,000 car with $35,000 down payment and balance financing in place in advance. 4. Finance person took inordinate time to complete simple task and was rather icy up to the verge of rudeness. The car my wife bought was initially going to be my purchase. I will think twice before subjecting myself to such an experience. The sales representative was cordial and respectful; beyond him ...not so much. I would like to think that this scenario is the exception rather the rule. My wife deserved better.SW
