This dealership has been great to work with. They have done a professional job with all my maintenance appts. & scheduled Uber rides for me at no charge. Everyone is super friendly & wants to help. The waiting room is beautiful & they make sure you are comfortable & have everything you need. I have stopped by without an appt. for A battery for my key & once to put my spare tire in the trunk correctly & they did these things Immediately...no waiting. That's A big plus for me.......

First thing – about the overall review rating of 4.9 for Genesis of Round Rock. After you have been through the haggling over price, the ridiculous depreciation of your trade-in value, and the attempts to up-sell you on extended warranties, every salesman will ask you for a 5-star review. Just remember, salesmen are trained to separate you from your money while making you feel good about it. If you look at Genesis service reviews, especially at this dealership, you will see a different rating. Also, take a look at the Yelp ratings. Hyundai and Genesis are known for long waits for service, long waits for completion of repairs, and a shortage of parts. At this dealership, you will also deal with management that is the defensive, arrogant and condescending. Then they will refuse to service your vehicle after you give them a 1 star review. No, they don’t contact you to try and remedy your complaint – they blacklist you. This is a problem because there aren’t that many Genesis dealerships to choose from. I experienced all of this at this dealership. Genesis is attempting to be a luxury car brand. The ownership experience is supposed to be exceptional. Not even close. If you are shopping for a luxury car brand, shop Lexus, Mercedes, Audi – and if you don’t mind over-paying – BMW. Stay away from Genesis and Penske Automotive Group.
