My experience with Genesis of St Charles was great. My sales person Andreas Kasa was a pleasure to deal with.

When I purchased my dream car Genesis GV70 from this dealership I noticed how well kept the service area was. I only take my car here for service because it is professional, clean, organized and the staff is amazing. They do great work and often have you in and out in less time than expected. Josh and Brad have been so helpful. Their knowledge and experience is much appreciated.

Andreas Kasa was so helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Never pushy and respectable of us. After sales support is just as good. Brad from Service was the best at keeping us informed and taking care of us and our GV70.

Mike (our sales guy found us the just right car and made the deal with our trade in happen), Sasha (our tech gal made it fun to learn about the endless tech tools on our car and personalized it to our needs), and Chris (finance guy who made the process feel fast yet understandable) were each great help!

I've always wanted a GV80 and finally got one! I contacted Milan via email and we started texting on the one I wanted. He made the process very easy and never pressured me into something. He was very helpful! When I came in to purchase the car, the process took less than a hour between finance and driving off the lot! After noticing a few things needed fixed, the dealership ordered the parts right away to take care of it! The dealership is very modern and luxurious feeling. The service department was very helpful and accommodating!

I had my new car serviced for the first time. Both Brad and Josh communicated with me about my appointment. They addressed all of my requests promptly and professionally. When I picked up my car, I was greeted and taken to my car to review the work that was done. They have the cleanest service area I have ever seen. They really care about what they do and are very knowledgeable. I will continue to take my car here for all of its needs.

We bought a new 2025 GV80, it’s the most comfortable & quietest vehicle I’ve ever ridden in. This dealership was great. We dealt with salesman Milan Venezia. He was very professional and honest. He never pressured us at all, only helped us, he was fantastic to work with! Everything went great on the purchase and trade. The dealership is clean and very appealing. Our interdiction of how everything works on the vehicle was done by Nathan. He is very respectful and helpful. I would highly encourage anyone in the market for a vehicle to go here.
