Called back as expected.

Called back as expected. Don't seem to want to sell the truck from an out of state person with money in hand. Refused to exempt sales tax, wouldn't accept card for amount that I was getting from bank. Said owner wouldn't accept this forms of payment. Also said I had to do background or credit check before we could drive away. California can keep its garbage.

Excellent service and quality

Loved Benia! She was easy to talk to and didn't pressure us. We were able to look at all models and styles with ease. She is well I formed and helpful. Loved the excellent finance gentleman who helped us and everyone else who helped us with our true in. A very nice experience without any pressure.

On March 14,2014 we purchased our GMC Acadia from Beverly...

On March 14,2014 we purchased our GMC Acadia from Beverly Pederson. Our experience was so positive we had to write a review about it. In all the 36 years my Husband and I have been purchasing vehicles this dealership and employees by far have exceeded our expectations. From the first phone inquiry about their vehicles to the actual visit, test drive and then purchase our experience was the best we have ever had. There was no pressure or hurry up and buy stressed upon us. Beverly took her time and explained everything and Donovan in financing also explained and thoroughly went over every part of the whole process . Ed the sales manager was introduced to us and spent time visiting with us and making us feel like family. The next day both Beverly and Donovan called us to thank us for our purchase and invited us to stop by any time were in the area just to say Hi. I feel we can call with any questions or concerns and it will be handled with the utmost respect and confidence.

I Sent an Email me to the Alfred Matthews internet dept. I got a quick responce. Then Luis Cuellar gave me a call to find out my needs. He was very helpful. I made an app. with him at 11:30 the next day. When I got there he had all the cars pulled out for me and my husban to look at. We bought a New GMC Acadia Denali FWD. They add the DVD player for us as well as showed us the invoice and gave us a great deal. The finance dept was great we met J.C. Guenther and he went over all the options on warrenty's and dupount and gap with us. He was very nice a found us gap and a GMPP warrenty to fit our buget. I will go back to them when my husban is ready for his new GMC Sierra HD. I would tell everyone to go there first if they want the best deal and a great time buying a New Car. Even though I bought my 2007 Cadillac Escalade from a...

Even though I bought my 2007 Cadillac Escalade from a different dealer because of cost, I have had my Escalade serviced by Alfred Matthews because it is local. Michael Rivett is my "Service Consultant" and with the numerious issues I have had with this vehicle, Michael has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to servive my vehicle in a professional and friendly manner.
