"Best Customer/Service Ever"
On May19th, I was driving my Rover and the low tire pressure sensor came on. I called and Ryen Linder Service Consultant told me to bring the car in. Upon arrival the car was inspected and the damage to the tire could not be repaired. Ryen immediately offered me a loaner vehicle because they may not have a tire in stock but fortunately for me he found one but it was closing time. I offered to pick up the car the next day but Ryan insisted on servicing the vehicle and Bryan the service technician stayed and completed the work. I appreciate Ryen and Bryan for what they because they could have easily gone home for the day and did not. I hope they get the recognition they both deserve because this goes above and beyond and truly defines Dimmitt Land Rover commitment to "Excellent Service and Customer Service" thank you.

Kevin Hamby is very friendly and very helpful to work with and his attention to detail is excellent. We had an unusual problem with our new Escalade and he worked with us and the service personnel to figure it out and quickly got it resolved. Nice job!

Kevin Hamby - knows customer service
While driving home in my car I went to turn up my A/C and noticed the touch screen slowly cracking from the inside. I called right away and they quickly explained that it was from the heat and asked me to bring my ATS by ASAP. They had me in and out the next day with a new screen and Kevin made sure to have a loaner care waiting for me. Every time my wife or I go to Dimmitt Cadillac - Clearwater they take care of us. Between John (manager) and Kevin - they are always on top of things and show just what customer service and care is all about. We wouldn't want anyone else working on our cars - this dealership is the best!

Always done right!
I always take my Range Rover to Dimmitt for services and any repairs that come up. It is always done right and in a timely manor. Part of the reason I continue driving Range Rovers is because the service is effortless! Great team of JOHN, RON, and RYAN!
