Good Bye 2004 ~ Welcome 2014!

Traded in our 2004 Cadillac DeVille (80,531 miles) for a 2014 Cadillac CTS Luxury 2.0 Turbo. They had Superior Interior in Hooksett, NH put a cloth roof, gold trim, pin stripping and hood ornament on it for us. Shane Stockwell was our Salesman. We could not ask for a better salesman! He kept us informed of progress, was very knowledgeable about all the new technology and gave us the best deal we could every ask for. This is the second Caddy we've purchased from Fairfield's and are very happy to recommend them!

Excellent Service As Always

Went to the dealership to get my oil changed. I have always been impressed with the new 2014 GMC Sierra and had been patiently waiting for the right time to buy. While there, I spoke with both Lou Smith and Mike Shaw. I am a previous customer (bought 2 trucks from them in the past) and after speaking with them and working on an agreement, I drove home that evening with my new 2014 GMC Sierra. I can't speak highly enough of the service that I always receive everytime I visit the dealership whether it is for service or sales. Lou and Mike are excellent and I couldn't thank them enough for their excellent service. I will be returning later this year to purchase a new vehicle for my wife.

5 star rating

From buying the car to picking up the car everything ran very smoothly. Working with Ashley was a joy. Ashley went over everything in our new Sorrento from starting the car to the computer. She spent as much time as I needed and I needed time.It was nice to have a salesperson like Ashley that knew all about the car. When we picked up the car all the paper work was done,What ever was suppose to be in the lease was in there and it was quick and easy. The nicest part of the experience was that from salesperson to business manager to sales manager, they were all very accomodating This is our second Sorrento and we service the car at Fairfield. When service tells me to bring the car in at a certain time and it will be ready in a certain time it always is. The service department equals the sales department and both deserve a 5 star rating.I would highly recommend buying a car at Fairfield

Annual inspection and maintenance visits

I have been dealing with Fairfield Kia for over 5 years and it has been a pleasure. My last visit was for the state annual inspection which was done quickly and professionally and I was on my way again. Other visits have been for routine maintenance and that has always also been done efficiently and pleasantly. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The work is done quickly and correctly. A pleasure. I had been in IL for 50 years and loved my Mitsubishi dealership. I even checked to see if there was a Mitsubishi dealer here before I moved here. I am so pleased to see that the same ethics and professionalism are the same as I had been used to in IL. I now love Fairfield!!

5 star experience

The sales team was great. Sales person Ashley Bussiere was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as we needed to go over all the components of the car.The sales manager made it an easy buy and the business manager had everything ready for us to sign when we got there.This our second Sorrento Limited . We use the service department and when they say an hour it is right on. They are also a 5 star department.We live over an hour a way and still went to Farfield Kia. Highly recommended

great service!

I went to Fairfields and dealt with Mark who was a great salesman, there was no pressure to buy anything and he was very helpful finding something in my price range, year range, and miles. He was very nice and I was able to test drive the vehicle and then he was really quick with the paper work.

Long disappointing trip

Drove 3 hours to view a car deemed to be in excellent shape. The car was not . Paint was missing on trunk. Headlights were not buffed out and rotors so rusted I didn't dare for a test drive. The far ran good but inside was well used for only 57000 miles . Asking top dollar only worth half the asking price. Very disappointed. Original salesman never came out to even meet us. Young salesman sent out instead . For a Cadillac dealer area was dirty and congested. Other salesman outside didn't even approach our vehicle while we drove around. One young lady helped us while others were listening to music being played from new cars on lot . Go back or recommend them .!! Never !!!!!!
