Marilyn Bergin and the staff at Grand Prize Chevrolet made my used car buying experience the easiest purchase of my life. Zero hiccups, even though I did buy an off brand from them. Kudos to Marilyn and the team.

After leasing 2 vehicles from Grand Prize, I returned to

After leasing 2 vehicles from Grand Prize, I returned to re-lease my 3rd. The discrepancy between my vehicles actual cash value and their appraisal was over $3000. We ended up leasing a Trax from a dealer and getting $2600 in equity. Pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered.

I wrote a glowing review of Will P, the day of my final transaction. Since then, seems all that was told to me has NOT been 100 percent truthful. Got my lease, once $ put down & I drove off..things came up; not as I was told..be wary!!

Second lease handled by Wilbur Pacheco.

Second lease handled by Wilbur Pacheco. Wilbur went all out to make sure I got the car & price I budgeted for. He was more than patient! I kept vacillating among 3-4 cars! He brought ea car out; allowed me to test drive & I still had tough time deciding (poor Will,). By the third day & with his pleasing personality & the patience of a Saint, I decided I wanted car #4!! It had deposit, but I asked him to be absolutely sure & voila! Because of his superb effort, the other customer withdrew their deposit & the car became mine!! You'll be doing yourself a favor by dealing with Wilbur!! He is devoted, tireless, patient & crunches the numbers!! Third car for me @ Grand Prize!!

Replaced our recalled battery & set charge to limit of

Replaced our recalled battery & set charge to limit of 80%. No fix in sight. Service passed us to GM, GM passes us back to GP service. GP has FAILED this customer. We are paying a lease on a car we do not have- have never received from GP. Bait & switch is their game.

I have been in contact with ya'll at GP many times. Have not been given an adequate fix on this. Please call me to arrange the fix- ie batteries that will charge to 100% on our current lease or get us a replacement car for same lease.
