Satisfied Customer from the Central Coast

Great Service from the minute we drove up. We were on vacation, and our problem was fixed so quickly. We had the nicest waiting room to wait in. We would definitely recomend this Dealership. Thank You Kent Scott for being so accommodating.

Great

These guys go the extra mile to make sure I have no problems and are as accommodating as is possible. Mark, the service manager, is as good as guy as you can find! I am from out of town but bought the truck there so I always return there for my service and repairs. They let me use a courtesy car which was really appreciated because I am stuck there to wait being a non local. Everything is always done right and I have real confidence in the staff there. Even got a car wash the last time I was there! Thank you!!!

I was satisfied with my deal but I sent friend of mine in to talk to someone about buying my trade in and he was lied to very badly (Steve ?). I had my car in to your dealership the day before I traded it and had the oil changed, tires rotated and the 27 point inspection and was told "everything looked good". When my friend went in to inquire about buying it he was told that it had a "bunch of problems" like the brakes and rotors had to be replaced, the air conditioner was leaking, etc. I'm sure this was done to try and justify the price that was put on the car. My friend knew the condition of the car so he knew that he was being lied to and said he wouldn't buy a car from your dealership ever again and was going to tell others about his experience. Thought you would like to know.

Thank you for the positive review of your personal experience Ronald. We have the diagnostic and repair bill from our service department and would be happy to share it with your friend. The dealership can only sell front line ready vehicles which have to pass a used vehicle inspection. The a/c was noisy and received a new compressor. We also replaced the rotors on the front brakes that were pulsating.

Fast,quality service

I dropped my truck off a day early to have some warranty work done on the DPF and they called that afternoon and it was done. I work out of my truck so this was great for my business. I will definitely go back.
