I had purchased a truck just about a month ago, and there were issues with the vehicle. The salesmen Devin Newton responded to my questions and was able to remedy the situation immediately. As a business owner myself, I tell my team that customer service is easy when everything is perfect, but great companies and leaders shine when things are not perfect. Devin, Ely and Jimmy took a possible negative situation and made it a positive one for everyone. This is my 3ed purchase at Paradise and will not be my last because they care about the experience more than the bottom line.

Jeff and the Team at Paradise Chevrolet were great. I was scheduled for a routine maintenance service, but we added some minor things to the service queue. Jeff told me up front it would take a little extra time, but they were able to handle it in a timely manner. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed looking at other vehicles since my son is in the market for a Colorado or Canyon truck.
