My entire experience was excellent. From the time I made the phone call off of my searching the Internet all the way till I drove out of the dealership with a new car one day later.

It was a real please purchasing my new truck with Simpson. It was very easy to work with the sales persons. My biggest take away from this is that I completely feel I got the best deal for me. They took their time with me and the entire process. They have been there even after to check on me. I am very greatful and plan to return whenever that time comes again and I will refer them with confidence.

Five stars, two thumbs up, a thousand bouquets of roses 🙂 and everything else wonderful in between. I truly appreciate the patience the professionalism and the honesty that allowed me to walk away with a good deal and a very nice vehicle! I’ve been to several dealerships while shopping for a new truck and by far this dealership had the best customer service out of them all along with a very clean environment. Felipa was the one who helped me out. Great people skills and pretty knowledgeable when I had questions about the vehicle. That shows the pride she has in her job.
