I like GMC a lot that’s why this is my second truck from your dealership at GMC Buena Park. I purchased the service package to make sure that my vehicle maintenance will be attended correctly and efficiently. However, for last two services, two things happened when I picked up my truck. First, the Lug Nut Key was missing. I only get to recover it after I asked the Service Advisor, Jose Campos. Secondly, the Center Caps on all 4 wheels were all damage which happened also on the previous service. Honestly, my experience with GMC Buena Park service center was unbelievably disappointing. 1. X1 Key Fob was missing during the delivery. 2. X1 Key Fob gone missing during one of the scheduled service.
