Great facility, Clean no matter where you go.

Last week I had a couple of strut's put in and the following week heard some sounds that were not there before. I took the car back to Simpson Buick and talked with Service Manager Jose Campos. After leaving my car overnight it was determined that one of the new Strut's that were put in froze. Without hesitation Mr. Campos ordered two new ones. The others were in waranty. I have been dealing with Simpson Buick for 15 years now and they are as good now as they were then. You should have no problem dealing with them. Thank you Jose and Simpson Buick for the fine service during all these years. Bill Fisher Sr.

Service

Fast service and courteous. Battery replacement was expensive and did not replace the battery cover. Service technicians are always helpful and clear in requirements.

Great customer service

Great experience no pressure best price with out the hours of haggling back and forth. Excellent customer service. I live about 35 miles away but will most likely bring my GMC in for service at your location
