Great service,Friendly staff

I had an appointment at 8am to have some work done on some recalls on my 2013 Chevy Cruze. The service department took my car right in. The service advisor Dave said it would only take a few hours. I was from out of state, and asked Dave if they had a shuttle service, and he said yes. The shuttle took me and my wife to a nearby restaurant to have breakfast. We made it back to the dealership in about an hour and a half and the car was finished. The work was done quickly and the service department staff, including the shuttle driver were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Stephen Wade Auto Center for any service needs done on a car.

Chevrolet Equinox dealer

We started looking for an Equinox 3 to 4 months ago. We reviewed on line ads, newspapers and auto dealers in person. We returned to the Wade dealership for many reasons. Especially pleased with the attention we received by Ken and Tyler. They made sure we understood the purchase, financing and how to enjoy all the features included with our Equinox.

Very Pleasant Experience - Happy Customer

Karen met us on the lot before we even got out of our car. It was raining and a very cold day but she didn't care. She wanted to help us. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything but what I asked for. When I told her I wanted to look at other makes and models she graciously said that would be fine, handed us her card and said she would be there until 8:00 pm if we decided to come back. We did go back. She offered to let us see all the cars that were the model we had selected which was a Chevy Cruz. Funny thing happened. The other models were located on an adjacent lot up the hill and I asked to ride up to the lot in the demo Chevy Malibu that was sitting close to the door of the show room outside. She agreed and I fell in love with the car. I am a firm believer in when you find the right anything, you know it and I knew I had found my car. She didn't run back and forth from us to the office manager haggling over a price. She told us about the rebated and the price and the papers were prepared for our signature. She gave us a thank you gift and we received detailed instruction on how to operate all the feature on the car. She also followed up the next day to see how we like the car and answered a question I had. The whole purchasing process, once I had chosen a car, only took about and hour. This was by far to easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Karen and Tyler of Steven Wade for you fine service.

Amazing Service from Amazing people

I had an amazing experience with Stephen Wade, everyone was so quick to help. I was there for about 6 hours (that doesn't happen to everyone) and during that time the workers talked to me and asked if I'd like anything, they tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend Stephen Wade to all my friends and family.
