When we arrived for our appointment - we were greeted with a kindly smile from the customer service representative. They took our information, showed us to the waiting room and went about performing the services that we had requested. Within an hour they came to get us - all work had been performed. We were very satisfied.

Good Experience
We had a good experience this time with Stephen Wade. Brought our 2013 Chevy Traverse in on a Safety Recall to have some parts replaced. Everything went well. We were chauffeured to Dixie Bowl so we could bowl in our league, and then were picked up a few hours later when we were finished. The chauffeur was a very nice and pleasant man. Our car was fixed and ready to go when we returned, and we were on our way home in a matter of minutes.

Keeping Small Problems Small
I have had Stephen Wade service my Tahoe Hybrid since I bought it there in 2008. I cannot recommend them more highly. Even when I have just brought my car in for a routine service, the Stephen Wade service department checks the whole vehicle. They recently found a leak in my brake fluid system that would have been a disaster if left unrepaired. I had just noticed a slight problem with my brakes on the way to get my oil changed and I hadn't asked the service representative to check the brakes at all. The service representatives always take my concerns seriously and find solutions to my problems. I have been servicing my vehicles for 40 years and I have never found a service center that is more attentive to my needs. Other dealers seem to downplay my experience since I am a woman. I never feel that way at Stephen Wade. They keep me up-to-date on the progress of my repairs and finish the repairs in a reasonable time. I would not take my Tahoe anywhere else.

Our Salvaged Vacation
We were passing through on vacation from CA to NE when our brake warning light came on in our 2014 Silverado. Even though it was shortly after the service dept should have closed, I called anyway, and surprisingly the call was answered by Les Rosenvall. I explained the problem, and he said to come in first thing the next morning. The next morning we were greeted by Les who started immediately to work on the problem. The problem was diagnosed, and within an hour or so we were back on the road. Two days later Les followed up with a call to us asking if the problem reoccurred. The quality of service at Stephen Wade is suburb, and the facilities are top-notch. We want to thank Stephen Wade Chevrolet and especially Les for helping to make our vacation one of the best.

Great Dealership, Great Deals, Fantastic Vehicles
In November 2013 we purchased our new Camaro SS; the experience was so good we returned in May 2014 and purchased our new Traverse LT. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years and purchasing vehicles from this dealership has been the most pleasurable to date. The dealers are courteous and easy to deal with, they are not pushy or try to sell you something you don't want. In both cases we had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted...and they made sure we got it. In both cases, it took them longer to detail and get the vehicles ready for us then it did to close the deal and do all the paperwork...we were in and out in less then two hours. I highly recommend this dealership, especially to military (active & retired). Chevy offers some great discounts to military personnel and the dealers at Stephen Wade ensure you are aware of them and ensure they are applied to your purchase.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff and Great Service
