Horrible service
Took my truck to get serviced 2022 vehicle and when I recieved my truck back it had a dent and damage how can this happen no one took accountability took it back very horrible situation not even assembled my vehicle correctly left wires out not even Took time to put it back together worst horrible experience ever left my truck there called no manager available supposedly personal issues no one to talk to in regards to this situation just to wait for someone to watch cameras no one has followed up who's running GM no integrity very disappointing

Excellent service
I took my Silverado in for a 60,000 mile service and a check engine light. Hugo, was my service manager and kept me updated and informed on the progress of the service items. He called me toward the end of the day and advised that the check engine light was due to some bad injectors and the vehicle would have to stay the night. The good news was this item was covered by warranty. Also, Hugo saved me several hundred dollars by not having to perform maintenance on the injectors since most of them were replaced. I was very pleased with the experience I had with Three Way Chevrolet Service Department.

Concerned handled right.
The waiting area is not inviting and it is separated now from the rest of the dealership. There was an issue of oil finger marks on the driver?s side interior door from the guys changing the oil and a part to someone else?s vehicle left in my door. I returned with my complaint and service advisor Ricky handled it very well! Will return.
