I just bought a used Volvo at Frontier Honda. From start to finish Chris Loan was friendly and helpful. It was a welcome change from the usual high pressure car sales nonsense. When I first contacted Chris about the car I was out of the country and trying to line up a car for my return. He was patient with my situation and, throughout the process, stayed in contact and answered questions promptly but I never felt pressured or harassed. We were able to agree on a good price through email. When I finally returned to Colorado and went to see the car it was every bit as beautiful as he had been saying it was. The sale went smoothly from there and Chris even helped me shuttle the car to Boulder. Overall I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Frontier Honda and Chris to anyone looking for a car.

We had an excellent experience with this dealership. We got the car we wanted for the price we wanted and also a very good trade in value for our used car. Both Johnathan and Monte were very pleasant to work with. We bought a CRV and they spent a lot of time explaining info about our new car and answering any questions we had. Using the online tools with my credit union and Consumer Reports reviews on makes and models I contacted Chris Loan at Frontier Honda by email. He was responsive and accommodating. When I arrived he showed me exactly what I was looking for. We went for a test drive and made the deal. Both Chris and Jim made the sales process thorough and efficient. Jim was able to offer me better financing than the credit union's, which, in this case, was already good. Chris is clearly responsible and honest, knows the cars and sales process, genuinely interested in the customer's interests and concerns, and made certain I was introduced to the service department where Derrick Obrien, as the service manager, introduced me to the services and their value to maintaining the life of the car. I had the feeling that each person that worked with me understood what it is like to be a car buyer. They were all friendly and professional. Speaking with a friend afterword, she noted that her family had been dealing with Frontier Honda for many years and have always had good experiences and service there. I will not hesitate to recommend Frontier Honda and the staff that worked with me.

Chris was our salesperson and Jim was the loan specialist. They were both straight forward, honest, helpful, friendly, and gave us the best deal. They made buying not one car but two cars in the same day so easy. Amazing dealership!! I would recommend this dealer to anyone and will definitely return in the future.

After experiencing several other dealerships, I landed at Frontier Honda. They came well recommended, and my experience aligned with that expectation. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I dare say that the buying experience was very positive and I was never subject to any "hard sell" techniques and had all of my questions answered thoroughly. I will be using them for my service needs, and will likely purchase my next vehicle there.

Chris was assertive with contact, information and suggestions, however, not aggressive. We appreciated that. He was candid and did not back track , we found him honest and straight forward. He kept in touch and was always available, The price of the vehicle was good and there was no game playing in the process. He was able to get the ball rolling and the process was easy and fast. We would go back to Chris and Frontier in the future

I contacted the dealership by email at 2 am the and had a response from Chris 30 minutes after they opened. The test drive went well and went to make the deal. Thought things went well and the results were fair for both parties. Chris was easy to talk to and a down to earth guy. Had a problem with my trade in but it was handled well by the dealership( the problem was mine and not theirs). The experience was a good one and would recomend Chris to anyone.
