RUN. Go literally anywhere else to buy a car, even if there's a seemingly good deal. Dealing with these people is not worth it. Classic sleazy dealership. 1. My salesman John knew absolutely nothing about the car and put in little to no effort in answering any questions I had. Then he also had shady sales tactics when negotiating on price (offered to lower monthly payments and extending loan time, hoping I didn't understand how interest works). 2. When I decided to finance through my personal bank instead of through them, the business manager George became hostile and actively unhelpful (they receive a kickback from banks if customers finance through them so they were unhappy with me for not doing so). He hung up on me when I called several times and it took him SIX tries and over 3 days to get me the purchase agreement formatted the way I needed, with a new excuse every time as to why he couldn't do it. This extended my date of pickup by over a week from when I was supposed to. 3. I showed up at my arranged pickup time, and I (and my ride there) waited over an hour before someone was ready to help me do the paperwork and finalize the deal. My salesman John had no idea if the paperwork I had was what I needed and we had to wait for the business manager to come back before proceeding. 4. To top it all off, I had asked my salesman about a deflated tire on the car during the test drive and asked to make sure that was fixed before I picked it up. He assured it would be. 10 minutes into my ride home, the tire pressure light came on and I've now found out the tire has a slow leak and I've had to refill it every 2-3 days. When I called asking if they could fix it, they advised that they have "no record of owing me a tire and it would not be covered under the warranty." So now I have to fix the tire on a car I've had for under 2 weeks. Buying a car should be a fun, exciting experience and this dealership made it an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Everyone there that I spoke with was either rude, clueless or both. Looking back, I am very unhappy I gave them my business and I would not do so again.

I Tried …
While the sales process was great (Franc seems like a really upstanding guy), I quickly found my new Jeep had issues. I had to report it as a lemon law issue when the service managers failed to so much as respond to my email requests for a resolution to the problem. After 5 visits, the issue seems to be fixed, but I think I’m going to trade the car in on another brand, as my first impression of Dutchess Jeep Dodge has been very underwhelming, to say the least. I will say that Dylan was a pleasure to work with at the service desk…but as for the car & brand, I no longer have any faith in the product.

After reading about 25 reviews all of witch are negative
After reading about 25 reviews all of witch are negative I seen that the owner has no idea of how the customers are being treated, when all he can say is I'm sorry give me a call to get to the bottom of this, what he fails to realize is that he or someone change the company's website and a lot of information about the customers was left out so when, say someone that had been a customer for more 5 years no information about that person is available, but instead of checking out the system the owner rather listen to the same people that are causing the problem and that's why I'm going someplace else, I sold a vehicle that came from a nother dealer and when I asked they refused to answer, so, so much for customer service and when they do give you you are told about the survey and then you are told nothing less than a 10 is acceptable, boy how I wish I could get a survey to do, just hope that can reach at least one person today.

The fact that after 9 years of going to your establishment and no one has any idea that I was ever there it's scary, but the fact that I pointed out what the problem is and you are still asking questions, it only tells me that you have no idea what's going on in your own company, it's very simple go on line not as yourself but a total stranger and then maybe you can get an idea of what I'm trying to tell you, don't you think that maybe just maybe the customer has a legitimate problem I mean you said that you don't have any record of me being there but I still get reminders about oil change and Inspection but there's no record of me, don't you think that something is wrong with this picture, I know you don't have time to do everything and we hire people to help but if you don't go back and check out the work they are doing, you will never know just how good or bad they are doing, sometimes your right hand will delegate something to do to someone but that person will just delegate it to someone else and there my friend is where the problems begin, I know it's happened to me in the past, all I'm saying is just check it out, thank you and that's all I have to say.

They did not have the vehicle advertised. And didn't know when or where it was posted. (Cars.com). First communications I found out were an automated "Charlie". When calling dealership I was advised of that. They offered to get me off mailing list which didn't happen. I'm still getting e mail about the vehicle they don't have. Really poor experience with this dealership. I would have driven the six hours to go there if they had what was advertised five or six times on cars.com. very unhappy!

Very poor. Didn't honor their word. Never again will use them.will never recommend them. We Leased a Dodge Durango and my husband and I made a deal with Hayder, he went to speak to his manager to see if they can give us the deal, the deal was free oil change the remainder of the lease. 6 oil changes because its 2 a year. HE went spoke to his manager or who ever he said he went to speak to ask and came back to us and told us yes they can give us the free oil change. I went for my first oil change and I saw him and went up to him to Hayder and asked him about it because the service dept didn't have that on file and we only have 2 free oil change. Hayder didn't remember me and he said he doesn't remember making that deal. Very bad!!!! Never again will I use them. Im currently looking for the paper work because he said if he made that deal it would be in writing. Lessoned learned I have to make sure to triple check so they don't screw us like this again. The fact the he claims not remember is so bad it wasn't that long ago.

Nicholas Barone did an amazing job with my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. We’re coming out of a 2018 JGC limited and this was a big step up. Nick was very patient when explaining all of the different trim levels. He really knows his product and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. Thanks to the Nick and of course Britney who checking in with my during the process. Dutchess Jeep is a great place to buy a car when compared to the other dealerships in lower Westchester.
