I bought a 2021 Kia Telluride it turns out the vehicle had a special circumstance. It was made in Canada and only had a Canadian warranty. ClearShift worked relentlessly to get Kia Canada to service my vehicle and also purchased me a 5 year 75,000 warranty at no expense to me to make the issues right. Poor Experience
Make sure to do your own extensive research on the vehicle before buying from this dealership. The staff was unable to answer any questions about the vehicle I was interested in, really knowing nothing about it. Any question about technology, the engine, transmission, etc. Was met with "I habe no idea" and then givem their best guess. I know they take pride in a "hands-off" approach to the car buying experience, but we could have used a little more guidance and knowledge about the vehicle history, etc. They seemed more like a broker than a dealer. We felt very on our own. They did offer a good value, however I would not return to purchase a car from this dealership.

Buyer beware / Bait and switch coming
Dealership is a "bait and switch" facility attempting to mislead the consumer with cars posted that are already sold. When you inquire about the vehicle they posted they immediately attempt to recommend something else. Tell them about their incorrectly posted vehicle and they continue to have it posted for weeks. Very poor business practices with the eye test perception... DISHONEST at best. When calling out the sales person, met with stammering and nervousness.
