If I could give them a negative five-star review, I

If I could give them a negative five-star review, I would...unfortunately, that is not an option. Went to look at a car after calling on the phone. It was "at their other location" in Fairfield. I asked why it had been there for six months and the "salesman" replied "because we were opening our new location, it kind of just got put on the back lot and forgotten about." I should have known better. Got there, was not greeted, nor approached, by anyone. I had been told it was a "Florida car" that was really nice (due to that fact), lol. It was horrific. The entire dash pad (which was hidden underneath a glued-down carpet "dash cover" was a destroyed, sticky, gooey mess that was missing chunks of it's vinyl. The paint was atrocious, with millions of tiny cracks all over and extensive sun damage, and it reeked of musty dampness inside. Car had low miles and a clean Carfax, though!!! Anyone who buys ANY car from this place better do their due diligence or, you'll be in for a rude awakening! I was contacted a couple of days later by the guy I initially talked to and he asked if I ever made it down to look at the car. I answered "We sure did." He then asked me what I thought...well, since he asked, I told him that if I was him I'd take that thing back to the auction and dump it for whatever he could get out of it and cut his losses. If you're wondering, as of today, it is still for sale on their lot...it's a White Lexus ES350. Do yourself a favor and skip right over this one. Most of the other stuff on their lot was a similar story. These are rough cars, in general. I suppose, as they say, there's an a** for every seat, though.

Calvin is horrible.

Calvin is horrible. He’s older so he needs this to be honest. Does not respond & blows you off, if he actually responds, when you don’t have what he wants which is 10% tax! Illegally lining pockets, don’t come to this place

I live almost 2 hours from dealership and bought a used

I live almost 2 hours from dealership and bought a used truck from them (specifically wanted Tacoma and they had exactly what I wanted). Most interactions were over the phone or text. I asked all the questions. How are tires, brakes, is there any rust on frame, is there any upcoming maintenance I should be aware of, etc. answers: brakes/tires are over 60%, sent me a video of underneath that showed little to no rust, ‘no maintenance other than regular oil changes and check coolant levels’. Picked up truck and test drove it. There was a clicking sound that I was told ‘is just because it’s a used truck and their service department did look and nothing wrong’. Bought truck and brought home. 3 days later I took to my local mechanic. Needed new tires (these were cracked), new brakes, radiator leaking, headlight seals were broken, battery was corroded, needed new hoses, and their biggest concern was that the exhaust manifold was being held together by putty and this is what was making the clicking sounds. I called the dealership to see if they would make any of this right since they lied to me about some of this and they told me no because I bought as is even if it was under false pretenses. Paid $3,400 and then took to muffler shop for the exhaust work. I was told that it needed new exhaust manifold and catalytic converter ($2,000). Then I was called back by muffler shop after they got on lift and told me I needed to look at the rust on the frame because they weren’t comfortable keeping on a lift to do work and they didn’t know how a dealership could ‘legally sell me a truck in this condition). There had been recall on this truck due to frame rusting that previous owner had not acted in and it expired in 2019 (nothing on carfax about any of this). Because no one will touch a frame I have to pay to have it reinforced by a fabrication place ($2,500) and then can get exhaust and converter. Sales rep and owner will not take my calls or call me back. All I wanted was for their service department to make some of this right or buy back the truck from me and I cannot get any response. And they sold me a warranty that I can’t use because they say all of this is ‘pre-existing’. I’m saddened by this criminal activity
