A year ago, I had a very bad experience at this dealership, but last week I decided to give it another chance—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was finally able to get the vehicle I’ve always wanted, and thanks to the help of Naomi and Anthony, everything came together perfectly. I’m truly happy with how I was treated. It’s never too late to turn things around, and I’m very grateful for the excellent service.

Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

I was impressed by their honesty and straight forward
I was impressed by their honesty and straight forward pricing. Sales people don’t work on commission, so not pushy. I was in and out in 2.5 hours with my new car! And the price was exactly what was advertised on cars.com - no added costs once I arrived.

I recently decided to purchase a Jeep Wrangler.
I recently decided to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. At the dealership, I spoke with a manager named Nick. After selecting the vehicle I liked, Nick offered to appraise my 2024 Ford Mustang Convertible for a trade-in. I handed him my keys, assuming it was a standard procedure. However, without my permission, he passed the keys to another person, and together they took my car for a ride with the top down. They were gone for about 20 minutes. Later, I found out that they had disabled the dashcam, presumably so I wouldn’t be able to see how they conducted their “test drive.” When they finally returned, they made me the "deal of the century" — offering just $23,000 for my 2024 Mustang. If you don’t want to hand over your car to strangers and waste a couple of hours of your time, I strongly advise against visiting this dealership.

Drove 1.5h to see a vehicle they confirmed is there only to find out they don’t have the car , spoke twice with internet sales confirming the car is at the dealership and confirming the miles on brand new car which they said it has 10 miles , after coming for scheduled meeting the car was not here and they told me the car has 3500 miles , stay away , give your business and money elsewhere .
