i was ripped off royally by this place(twice). they didn't have the car i wanted but i was assured by victor that he would get it. we looked at dozens... of cars but they didn't have the features i wanted.i found the car i fell in love with but it did not have a remote lift gate. victor made a call to gurney and behold! they had one. we waited 2 hours it was beautiful. victor was going over all the extras this car had .after i told him i was going to buy it it. he said there's only one thing! it does not have a remote tail gate. i was very disappointed but i bought it because i loved it. our next step was financing, donny was very friendly and we sailed through. the next day we looked at the finance papers and seen we were shorted $ 2,000 on my trade in. i called victor and he couldn't understand what happened and said he would talk to donny and see that happened he said he would call me back. he didn't. i called a few days later and he said donny was on vacation but he would get back to me as soon as he got back. no one called. i called victor back and he said he did not remember the amount he told me. its my fault i didn't look the papers over but i was so excited. hows that for a RIP OFF?

Drove over 2 hours to go to this dealership because of their large inventory and I cannot believe the horrible service I received! Aside from the salesman... making a comment about how he owned a vehicle worth more money than what I make in a year- the salesperson just didn’t care one bit about me finding the right vehicle, he clearly just wanted to make a buck. Lied numerous times about various different things such as what my interest rate would be if I were to buy a vehicle and my lack of eligibility for the special that they were running at the time. I ended up buying a vehicle at another Chrysler dealership that said I was qualified for the special and offered me a much lower interest rate. When I explained this to the salesman he became extremely unprofessional and rude. He said the other dealership was “stealing his sale” and refused to shake my hand after the encounter. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and I highly recommend others to do the same. This review isn’t even all encompassing of the negative experience I had because there is honestly just too much to cover...

Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They keep you informed every step of the way when you take your car in for service. I would recommend... them to everyone.
Came in with a monthly price in mind thinking there's no way they will match it and came out with a monthly price $30 cheaper than expected all thanks... to Alan Tapper. It was Great service, great management and a great experience. Definitely recommend buying your car here!!!
