We purchased a 2019 Mercedes from Cassandra’s in December

We purchased a 2019 Mercedes from Cassandra’s in December We are out of state and had to rely on pictures as well as the honesty, transparency and transparency integrity of the salesperson we were working with. His name is Dennis and in the end it turned out that he has none of these traits or qualities. His communication response time was terrible He flat out lied to our face on the true condition of the paint, tire tread, missing parts, etc Dennis said that he would overnight the title to us but then sent it regular fed x which actually took 4 days Then he said he didn’t want to spend the $70 for overnight fee even though they charge a document fee When we received the car it was not even detailed, under the seats was full of dirt and dog hair, stains on the headliner, dirty engine bay, a broken/missing seat button, tires with minimal tread and has dry rot (his exact words were the tires were “like new”) Big deep scratches in the paint and many rock chips that were not disclosed. We made the effort to do a video call so he could show us any damage/ imperfections and he purposefully avoided these areas. Never a follow up call from Dennis to see if we were happy with the car, not surprised I have purchased many vehicles from out of state in my lifetime and i can honestly say this was our worst experience Tried to contact Cassandra herself to discuss these issues but she would not respond to my messages, I would highly recommend that anyone interested in a car at their dealership stay away Especially if you are from out of state and cannot see he car with your own eyes They try to market themselves as a high end used car dealer with quality cars and integrity in their representation of their inventory but these people have proven to me they are anything but Just another dishonest dealership misrepresenting who they truly are.

They never even bothered to contact me when I reached out

They never even bothered to contact me when I reached out to them in regards to a Masarati GrandTurismo they had for sale. Cash buyer. The right car at the right time. Zero effort saddly. I just picked up today in fact my new (to me) GrandTurismo MC. They could have had that bag of money if they did their due dilligence. :(
