Happy

Today I came to purchase a veh and I came across with salesman Felix and he helped me tremendously due to having low credit I taught I wasn’t gonna be able to purchase one but he made it happen! Don’t buy

0 STARS DON’T BUY Bought a car from Cowles Nissan paid in full cash. Asked them to hold the car for two hours while I ran home to get a check and they would not. For some reason they needed a deposit before I paid cash for the car. When I picked up the car there was no front license plate holder to attach the plate, no key code supplied for the keyless entry and a deep scratch gouge in the right side passenger drivers door. I agreed with the salesman to take the car and they would fix it later as the dealership was closing. I have a signed sheet from the salesman showing what they owe and they will not fix it. Multiple calls to the sales person keep getting blown off and called the sales manager who won’t return calls. DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL FORGET THEY HEARD YOUR NAME ONCE YOUR GONE. Read the car fax as well, this dealership does sell previously wrecked cars like the one I bought. I’m partially to blame as I did have trust thinking I was buying from a good OEM dealership.

Great Customer Service

The staff was both professional and pleasant. I throughly enjoyed the experience. Brian Johnson was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions. Dealing with Mike in the Finance Dept was a great experience.

Sales review

We purchased a new vehicle last month and we could not have had better service anywhere!! The sale was quick and simple! Our salesman was extraordinary. No pressure, he knew what we were looking for and matched us up with the perfect car. Give this guy a raise!!!

More than satisfied

Visited Cowles Nissan for the first time today in 25 years where I purchased my very first car ever....and from the time I pulled in the lot until I departed driving my 2019 Nissan Altima, my salesman Freddy Suazo made sure I was happy, satisfied and completely informed about every part of my purchase. If your looking for honest, hard working, welcoming and true to their word, visit the staff over at Cowles Nissan and ask for Freddy!

Wonderful at Resolving Potential Problems

I took my car in for a recall. I went to pick up my car and it was not working. They told me it was the battery, which is impossible i just replaced the battery. One of their techs checked the battery it was working fine. After a few back and forths Tod the GM was amazing at resolving everything personally. Chris the service manager called directly apologizing for all that happened and assuring me that the car is now in perfect working order.

Rip off

Do not recommend this dealer. I recently purchased a used car 2015 Jeep Renegade. Even though it's a used car, I didn't expect to have problems basically the same day I bought it. Contract states 2 keys were given to me but dealer only gave me one key. Was told to come in on a Monday to get the other key because that's the only day the person who's in charge of making the key comes in. Arrived at 3:30 (as I was told), waited until 5:30 just to be told the guy didn't show up and to come back the following week. Had to drop off the car because the check engine light turned on (not even two weeks after I bought the car) and they had to take the Jeep to another dealer because they don't know what's wrong with it. This dealer is a fraud, I'm to the point where I just want to return the car but was told by Pat (Manager) that I can't return the car. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALER. It's not WORTH IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Excellent Customer Service

DeQuan Gillespie is the best. I came in wanting to buy a car didn’t care what kind of car it was and he made it possible. I was very happy with his level of experience and his customer service. I would recommend my friends and family to DeQuan Gillespie at Cowles Nissan.
