2023 F250 purchase

Nick made the whole process very simple and Niko did also with the finance side west herr and there team made the process very easy thank you

Inspection was the best.

This was my second time I went to West Herr. First time I needed to have the fob refitted for the battery to start the car. Problem solved with no need to worry. I went in for my inspection, and again no problem. I had an appointment for the inspection, and everything was done in a timely fashion and 100% the car was ok. Glad to hear that the car was in safety mode to enjoy the ride.

Great perseverance in meeting our needs

We were able to purchase a used, relatively new, low milage vehicle through them and with the expert help of sales person Thomas Smith in locating just what we needed in terms of a good buy and one which met some of our handicapped needs. It took time to find a vehicle which met our requirements, but Thomas worked hard to find the right vehicle even though there was not a Ford available which would suffice.

Great Service!

Thomas, the salesman, drove the car to me to test drive it. I was an hour away. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with my trade in offer. Upon deciding to purchase the vehicle, the car was driven back to me at no extra charge. Thomas was great as well as the manager. I would absolutely buy another car from this dealership.

Wonderful Service Always

I have been using this Ford dealership for a number of years this recent visit was the best ever. I was able to have a number of things done over a short period of time. I use Ouick Lane for regular services, and Ford parts and trained techs. for repairs works very well for me. Cost was good, plus all extra services. Very pleased

Part replacement

I had to have a part replaced under a recall. Nick was very communicative and helpful and the replacement took no time at all. I didn’t even purchase the vehicle from West Herr, and they were just as kind.

Friendly personnel and service

A passenger rear tire was losing air so took my 2020 Escape to West Herr on Tuesday, April 3rd. The nail was too close to the edge so it could not be repaired. They ordered a new tire for me and I went back the next day and had it put on. Danielle, and yes, April too, we’re just so pleasant to talk to and very respectful to me. I would gladly recommend West Herr to anyone who asked.

Sale me a car not a warranty.

Lack of communication between staff, employees selling cars they aren’t educated on, will tell you lies and anything else to make a sale. More concerned about their profits than their customers. Was told my total monthly was 816 only to find out that was the quoted price with the warranty the sales was forcing us to buy on a vehicle that only had 4,900 miles on it. If the vehicle is still new the manufacturer warranty would kick in, ford is amazing with their manufacturer warranty as I have own 6 different ford vehicles as this time in my life. I was looking to be properly Sold a car not having to argue with some one about why I don’t want a warranty on a new car.

Platinum bumper to bumper warranty

Had to replace pressure sensors on both rear tires. Nickolas insured that parts and labor were covered by my platinum bumper to bumper warranty on my 2018 Lincoln MKX. The work was done completely satisfactorily.
