I had an outstanding experience with Marco and the rest of the service team at Bill Kolb Jr. Marco diagnosed an unusual intermittent noise problem (turned out to be a front suspension issue and was covered under warranty) a few weeks later it seems to have done the trick. It's not just that it was resolved satisfactorily - we all expect that, but his dedication, courteousness and communication went WAY beyond any auto service experience I've ever had. Amazing. The rest of the service dept were also a pleasure to deal with and the complimentary Lyft ride to work went smoothly. Thank you!

Bad service and communication
I would not recommend the service department for anything other than just your normal oil change. Communication is awful and repairs take very long. I have had 2 experiences where my car has been there over 7 days with no communication.

They mad it seamless and easy

Very good process
The only dealer and salesman I would ever use to buy or lease a Subaru. Lease 3 new subarus from bill kolb and found every time to be a pleasure. No pressure approach.

Flawless experience purchasing a pre-owned Legacy.
I was in the market for a preowned Subaru Legacy. Bill Kolb Subaru came highly recommended, as did John Lyons my salesperson. John made the entire process fluid/stress-free, and provided me with the highest level of customer service one could hope for. I am beyond thrilled with my certified pre-owned purchase, and grateful that I found a dealership for the long term.

Do not trust salesman promise unless in writing!!!
We purchased a pre owned 2018 Impreza in November 2020 and at the time of purchase the salesman promised to “throw in” a set of new winter mats which were missing; in December we were called to tell us that the mats were in and ready for pickup. We didn’t get around to the dealership until February, and no one knew anything about the mats... we were sent back and forth between the sales manager and the service department, and were told that the salesman didn’t write this down at the time of sale and therefore they can do nothing about it. We finally left very disappointed. Next time at this dealer I will come with a lawyer and a tape recorder.

The dealership was recommended by a friend and I was not dissapointed. The sales consultant Gary Mendelsohn was courteous, knowledgable and exerted no pressure or time constraint to make a deal. I can truthfully say it was the best experience I ever had buying a car.
