I had an appointment for 9:00 a.

I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. to have four new tires put on my car. When I arrived, I was told the tires I was promised were NOT in stock. Needless to say I was unhappy, and pretty angry because I needed this done today, and my service person was not there. Danielle Aceto stepped in and immediately solved the problem to my satisfaction, and had me on my way in no time. She definitely deserves a promotion, or at least a raise!

I had an amazing experience buying a car at Bill Kolb

I had an amazing experience buying a car at Bill Kolb Subaru. I went in on a Saturday, after my car had totaled that Thursday - I was planning on looking at some cars and waiting at least a week or two to buy. (Spoiler, I took home a new car on Monday!) Their staff was SO kind, gentle, and knowledgable. I worked with Howard and he was excellent! He showed me each car I asked to see in a knowledgable, not-pushy, and not-annoyed way. I asked to see rates for new vs used versions of each car he showed me and Howard obliged happily and without being pushy! Every charge and tax was thoroughly explained to me. Each accessory package / trim level was explained to me in a way that actually made sense. There was transparency every step of the way. Their policy of straightforward pricing, combined with the detail oriented and genuinely kind Howard, made my experience seamless. When I decided on a car, Howard reviewed the car with me again and encouraged me to ask questions and have an educated discussion about my needs, wants, and the car's features. I never felt pressured to buy, and I was never upsold. I felt genuinely cared for as a customer and as a person. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership or Howard (or my car!!!). I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and it is well worth traveling to.
