Generally good service.

Generally good service. However, there was an issue last time. I asked that the software be reloaded due to occasional anomalies in its performance. This had been done a couple times in the past at no charge. This time, they charged me $69 for troubleshooting, which I did not ask for. They didn’t find anything. No surprise there since the problem is intermittent. And the software was not reloaded. Based on past experience, that would have solved the problem. Now, the problem remains unresolved. ☹️

It is a pleasure to go to Nianitic Dealership. I BOUGHT MY SUV Escape from PASHA and is a delight to work with. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with and cares about my Ford. I love the Ford Escape Tit. that is why it is Importent to me to go were they care.

#Ford what crap! Find a base model bronco on the website...

#Ford what crap! Find a base model bronco on the website for #crestford in niantic. Listed at 39k. Keep in mind this is their website I did not find it at Ford.com Call the dealer to confirm it’s there and they say it’s here. I get there and it looks great! Immediately in my head I’m try to run numbers. I get inside ask for the guy I spoke to on the phone. Guys name I believe was terry a sales manager. When I said I just called about the Bronco he says yeah I hat do you want to know. That’s how you greet a customer?? Then I said well I heard that Broncos have to be on the lot for a few months before you can sell them. He responds with there are ways to break those rules. Then I said I’ve never seen when I’ve course I like to check it out inside if that’s OK and he responds sure just to let you know there’s a $15,000 mark up on it. Then I started getting pissed as to why I wasn’t told on the phone before I drove out there to go see it. Then a salesman comes out well I’m taking a picture of the xxxxxxxx markup tag that’s hand written next to the sticker and complain to him and he says it’s not his call he understands.

Exceptional service from Pasha

Working with Pasha at Crest Ford was a wonderful experience. We went in to look at one used vehicle, which didn't work for us, but Pasha was a gem. When we thought we wanted an Edge, he was very accommodating in offering to track us down one that met our wishes in our budget - but, as it turned out, we discovered a 2014 C-Max that met our needs that had been a dealer demo, with less than 600 miles on it. Wonderful car - essentially brand new, without a 'brand new' price. Very low stress experience - it was like working with a friend and neighbor. (Which is accurate - we discovered he is a neighbor, and now feel that he is a friend.) Thank you so much for all your help, Pasha!

Great experience

Pasha is a one of a kind salesman. No pressure what so ever and as honest and sincere as can be. This was by far our best car buying experience ever. Would recommend not only Pasha, but the dealership as a whole to anyone.

New car experience

I visited dealer to inquire about car I saw online. Pasha was very helpful and interested in what I wanted in car. Didn’t try to talk me into or out of anything. Love the car. It was sold as demo. Honestly it was brand new. I really feel it was great deal.
