Purchased my 2023 Kona love my car but dealership has a lot to be offered. Never got my plates had to go to mdv and pay a fee. I have no contract or warranty papers. Where suppose to be sent to me. Had to make to many calls after my first month payment waa due to get who financed my car. I was told I had 100,000 mile warranty and today I sit at the dealership being told 3 yr 75,000 miles. They were so happy to get my $5000.00 down. Unless they can step up now I'd never shop here again.

My car that I purchased several months ago required $5000 worth of repairs. There are things wrong with the car that had to of been there before purchasing and the service team did not review it closely enough prior to purchase. Talked to manager 'Nick' who claimed to want to help his customers but was upset that a review was left after no one would help us the first time we contacted them. If you are looking for a vehicle that will have severe mechanical issues within months, a manager who doesn't actually care about the customers once they have already bought a car, and getting the runaround from 3-4 departments. This is the dealership for you. We have bought 4 cars at autonation in the last 4 years but it won't be happening again.
