I had the most terrible experience at AutoNation USA Phoenix Avondale. It took 2 weeks to complete a purchase from out of state. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that the car had been detailed twice and there was dried mild in the back seat cup holder, greasy finger prints on the car handles, and finger prints on the windows. This car was never even cleaned. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager basically justified the condition of the car delivery and asked me if I had ever purchased a car from a used car lot. He wanted me to lower my expectations. When I spend $25K on ANYTHING, I expect it to be clean. Additionally, the sales person I was working with for TWO WEEKS never thought to look through the car in detail to see if anything needed repair. The back seat needed to be repaired and the repair person was not there over the weekend. Also, the car detailers were not there over the weekend so they expected me to drive 5 hours to bring the car back to get the back seat fixed and the car detailed. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! First time and last time purchasing from ANY AutoNation.
