Had a price on a Hummer I wanted to buy wouldn't

Had a price on a Hummer I wanted to buy wouldn't negotiate and 4 days later price was dropped $1500. Told the general manager i would pay $500 less than asking price in cash and they said they get 10 calls a day for that vehicle, but have not sold it. it has been on their lot almost 90 days . Something doesn't smell right. Glad I didn't do business with them

Bought an overpriced car for our daughter from them last

Bought an overpriced car for our daughter from them last year. All the extras too (excessive warranty, etc). Within two weeks our daughter was unable to drive due to a medical condition and we had to get rid of the car. We brought it back to them and they said we don’t do returns so they bought it back from us and charged us $2k extra just to take it back. With the down payment and this horrific return fee we paid over 4k for having the car two weeks. Do not do business with them. Ever.

Huge service dept staff turnover.

Huge service dept staff turnover.. Constant! They Lost my warranty paperwork. They don’t return phone calls. Lost the pictures they took of my corrosion and my extended warranty paperwork. Originally told me not to worry, I came in on time and there is a backup of orders to fix the problem. Basically screwed me over and now I am told I have to go through Chrysler but I am past the expiration date and now I am S.O.L. and have to fight with Chrysler. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!

Darrin Singleton was extremely personable, kind, and professional. We really enjoyed our time with him and he was helpful the entire way. Happy with the car and happy with the experience. Will def go back on the next car!

Great pleasurable transaction.

I made an appointment online, Got Confirmation right away

I made an appointment online, Got Confirmation right away to pick a date and time to Come in. I chose the next day to come in. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a man named Chester (chet). I explained to him that I wanted to test drive a vehicle and also was going to trade in a vehicle and to lets get this process started. Chet asked some question and got the keys to vehicle and we took it for a test drive. Chet was super personal and also very friendly. One of the nicer sales man from a dealer i have del with. He was not pushy and new his job very well. We got along very well throught the whole process and was in and out of the dealer in under 3 hours. Probably the only time i have never taken a whole day to complete this task. i was also able to get more for my trade in that i thought originally and also was able to walk with the truck i wanted as well. Everything started and ended pleasantly. Thank you for the great expierance.
