Terrible treatment by company policy on dangerous
Terrible treatment by company policy on dangerous 'STOP/START' feature that again TURNED FORESTER OFF impossible to start . Claim of 'dead battery', series of 'blame the victim' comments on how possible...same problem 15 months ago. This was FAR WORSE situation, dangerous main artery intersection. Company refuses responsibility. Feature can NOT be disabled permanently. Driver must click 'off' each time starting. Life threatening. family has 7 Subarus...only 2019 For, not older 2014 I gave family. WHY does Subaru deny; not offer fix. I'm warning all subaru owners: family in UT, CO, OR, CA. Scared every stop sign/light now. Employees have job at stake; I do not blame them. It's Subaru America. DEADLY

This dealership works with what the customer needs. I'd say they are good listeners - trying to fit the right car or transaction to what best fits the client. Also, they seem to have strong interpersonal communication styles and are anti-biased. Four Subarus and 11 years later - they rock!
