Stay away, told me truck was available but had to service
Stay away, told me truck was available but had to service it first and then call me for purchase about 2or 3 days . Checked on the truck a couple hours later and they sold to someone else. Why lie about it just tell me the truth that my money was no good

Buyers beware!
Buyers beware! Do not purchase from this dealership. They do not care or respect customers. They lie and manipulate. This is the worst dealership I have ever tried to buy a vehicle from. This dealership and specifically the management and sales team (Connor GM, Brian Sales Manager, and Chloe) give Toyota a bad name.

Customer.
Customer. Service. Matters. Yesterday, I stumbled upon a newly listed truck TOYOTA of Newnan that checked all of our boxes. We both took off yesterday so we were happily surprised that we could make time during the work week. I called the dealership and spoke with the sales lady. I won’t name names because I’m not heartless. She was very friendly and gave me a little more information on the vehicle. Stated that it was a recent trade-in and the front windshield would be replaced this morning. She stated the vehicle was unable to be seen or test driven (yesterday) due to the windshield needing to be replaced & detail. I expressed concern that Jason would not be able to come up until today around 5pm. She reassured that the vehicle would still be there. I’m sure you see where this is going. After speaking with Southern Federal Credit Union in LaGrange (we love) yesterday, we were sent the preapproval within an hour. I texted Toyota of Newnan confirming that I spoke with the credit union at 5:09pm. I received a response text at 6:10pm saying they couldn’t wait to meet us. I rearranged Charlee’s tennis lesson to accommodate this so Jason could go up there to get his new truck instead of taking her to tennis. Today at 2:24pm, I texted the sales lady to tell her that he is able to come up at 4:30pm instead of 5pm. Two hours later I get a text stating it was sold last night. 😑😑😑 I spoke with the manager and he didn’t see an issue since there was no deposit. That word was never mentioned!! No urgency was communicated and I was assured it would be there for us. If this isn’t BAD BUSINESS I don’t know what is. I told him it looks like we will never be doing business. Customer. Service. Matters.

TOTAL UNF
I should have read the reviews! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!!!! Made an appointment to look at a specific car. Drove from Spartanburg, SC (3.5 hrs) to look at a specific car. Told them that I was driving 3.5 hours to look at this car. I showed up on time (communicating with them the entire way there), car was not there. The first question they asked, "How much are you willing to spend on a car?" I haven't even seen the car that I came to look at yet and they are wanting to know how can I spend? Waited an hour or so for them to find the car. Then, they said "We are bringing your car around now." Walked me out to view the car, and it was not the car that I came to see! Their response, "Well, it's within your budget!' xxx!!!! I was wanting to pay cash for the car, but they couldn't even get me the right car. After another hour or so, they finally get me the car that I came to see. By this time, the banks are closed, and they would not accept a personal check (in which, I totally understand). They wanted us to get a hotel room and come back in the morning when the banks were open. You would think that if a potential customer is going to drive 3.5 hours to look at a car, that the dealership would at least have it washed (which they didn't do) and ready to be viewed. Just can't say enough about the unprofessional-ism that I experienced with the purchasing team. The salesperson, Josh, was great. He communicated everything with his bosses, but they dropped the ball big time. Bottom line: I will not ever visit them again.

I was there a couple of days ago, I was not pleased with the service. The windshield fluid was not filled. My tire pressure light remained on. My tires were supposed to be rotated. I have bought several cars from you and I was always pleased with your service..would like to speak with the service manager.

Not a good experience and I’d suggest going to another
Not a good experience and I’d suggest going to another dealer. They were extremely difficult to deal with requesting all kinds of information before agreeing to show us the vehicles. Asking for the paperwork was like pulling teeth. They’re just very unprofessional and have strange and annoying sales practices.

Do not waste your time here.
Do not waste your time here. I went to look at a couple of vehicles that I have been researching since looking at pictures and touching are two separate things. First the sales associate almost seemed to need permission from his manager to show me the vehicles I wanted to look at because I did not want to provide my license for a potential test drive (I did not have the time or desire at that time). THEN, when I wanted to look inside the cars and asked for the associate to unlock the car so I could look inside and sit in it, the associate had to go get a manager to come out and speak to me about why they had a problem with unlocking a car so I could look at it. Essentially, they were doing me a favor and didn't want to essentially waste their time with having me look at a vehicle that I could or could not afford. I eventually got them to unlock one car for me and looked at the other model on the floor. The sales associate then proceeded to ignore me and stand outside. I left after that and I refuse to be back. Seeing as how my money spends just as easily at Mazda as it does Toyota, I will go where I am not discriminated against because I don't look like I have money.

Horrible experience ams waste of time
We went exclusively to see and test drive a lightly used 2022 Sienna XSE. We had driven a different trim, the XLE at another local dealership just days before and wanted to compare the two. The other dealership was happy to grab the keys and go for a ride no questions asked. No 20 minute questionnaire, just happy to have us come visit the dealership and took us for a ride. Newnan insisted on the questionnaire and even after all that time of explaining that one vehicle was the ONLY reason we came to the lot, especially for the Hybrid MPG, the salesman pulls up a Kia Sedona Mini Van that in his words “may be a better fit for us”. We almost left at that point but choose the to overlook that even though it offended and pi**ed us off. He took another 10 minutes to return with the keys for the Sienna we came for. During the drive he tried to tell us that the automatic side doors (foot sensor) was a very expensive “add on” when I already knew that it was standard on that and even the XLE trim below it. Then it got really fun when they offered us $6,400 for our trade, mysteriously marked up the Sienna by about $1,000, and gave us a sheet to sign with a big smiley face and in his words “I think you’re really gonna like the deal we we able to put together for ya”. It was required to be financed through them and the interest rate ((which I had to go back home and calculate out on an Amortization) turned out to be 19.75%. We have excellent credit but we’re never even asked about that. Oh yeah, and we already had much better offers for our trade, ranging from the previous lowest of $10,600 all the way up to $14,000… Would never consider going back here when they smile like they’re doing you a favor with rates so ridiculously high, not to mention trying to sell you things you don’t want and not even being in the ballpark on trade in values…
