I bought a GMC Yukon Denali 2021 here and the engine went

I bought a GMC Yukon Denali 2021 here and the engine went out the same day when i took it home. This was very disappointing but they at least made it right and cancelled the contract. Initially i felt like maybe they could have vetted the vehicle more but others i've talked to say that is just how it goes sometimes you can't tell if they have existing problems until the symptoms are on full display.

Lone Star is A+

Katlin is Very friendly and concerned She was Awesome!! She has an Honest approach in other words She was a person who worked with me who was very Honest and polite when making sure I got what I needed , And so was the sales reps!!! I will recommend Lone STAR TO EVERYONE I KNOW..

Ernie was a pleasure to work with...a low pressure sales approach, answered every one of our questions, looked high and low for the car we wanted, and truly provided an enjoyable buying experience with his humor and common-sense approach! Highly recommend!

Horrible service. Do not buy from them . If I could I would give them zero stars. Go elsewhere!! Management is terrible. Literally the worst dealership in town

A big thank you to Sonny and Cadillac dealership in Garland:) you all have been nothing but helpful since we first purchased our XT6 in December last year. I recently took my car in for an oil change and the service was quick considering it was Saturday. I was with my baby and they made sure that we all are safe and get out with our car perfectly serviced. The absolute worst car buying experience. Found a vehicle...

The absolute worst car buying experience. Found a vehicle on the Internet. Placed a deposit on it. I like out of state. The day I was flying into pickup the vehicle up. The GM (Jeff) calls me an hour before my flight. He says the vehicle is not ready and doesn’t know when it will be. Flew in and had to wait the whole next day for the vehicle. The GM couldn’t keep track of his lies.
