I purchased a very nice pre-owned 2016 Honda CRV EX-L from Keenan Honda. The overall experience was VERY refreshing. No one was pushy during any part of the process. After Kyle T contacted me and we discussed my trade-in, Joe Danzo sent me a video of the car for me. After some pleasant, professional discussion with both Kyle and Joe, I drove almost three hours the next day to see and test drive the car. Kyle made certain the car was ready for me before I arrived. Joe met me the moment I drove in and we test drove the car shortly thereafter. He was not pushy and he answered all of my questions honestly and promptly, even if that meant seeking additional information to ensure his answers were 100% correct. Joe was also up front with the work they did on the vehicle to prepare it for sale and shared the Carfax. I already pulled an Autocheck and its details matched the Carfax (not always the case). They were true to their word regarding my trade in value and the price and condition of the 2016 CRV. This was a most pleasant experience! Sue Q was very pleasant and helpful getting the legal paperwork ready and explained each paper I was asked to sign. She was also very understanding. I drove away in my new (to me) CRV in around two hours from the time I entered the lot. What a wonderful surprise! I could see their genuine smiles, even with the required masks on. I will surely look for Joe D and Kyle T at Keenan Honda when I have a need for another vehicle.

My wife and I had arranged an appointment on-line to see and test drive a new 2019 CRV. I think we were lucky to have Evan Skoures for our sales contact at the dealership. He was very informative, patient, receptive to our counter offers, and most important of all, he provided a stress free sales environment. Evan gave us the keys to the car, gave us a tour of the basics so we could test drive it, and off we went. We were on no time schedule for our test drive. We were upgrading from a 2013 CRV so the differences between the two years is what we concentrated on when we drove the 2019. We were concerned about the technology that is a major factor in the cars performance and drivability. We are both 73, so tech does not come easy to us. Evan was very patient when he went over some of the major changes in the two years. The actual purchasing process (we negotiated a fair deal for the car and decided to accept their offer for our trade-in). For all intents and purposes they matched my written offer from Webuyanycar.com. Since it was late in the day on a Saturday, we could not complete the necessary documentation for purchase that day. We came back on the following Monday, signed the paperwork, arranged for 0.9% financing (that was a plus as well), and drove the car home. As we were leaving, Evan suggested we drive the car for several days, write down questions we may have, and come back for a follow-up visit when he would get deeper into the technical aspects of the car - things like navigation, using hands free phone, lane assist, brake assist, text messaging, etc. We did that about 10 days later and Evan was again amazing with his patience, teaching skills, and providing us with a comfortable experience. Both my wife and I would strongly recommend Evan to anyone looking to purchase a car at Keenan Honda.
